So we looked for an emergency AC service, and when we called Air Hawk, the owner answered the phone. Joe was pleasant, and after taking all my information, he told me Gary would be out between 2-5 to diagnose the problem. This was in sharp contrast to other calls we made and either an answering machine took our call or someone said a tech would get back to us, and didn't. Gary arrived at 2:50. He discovered a Freon leak. After putting in 3 pounds of Freon (it's not cheap), he found the leak in the condenser coil. That repair won't be cheap, but the part is under warranty. We'll only pay for labor when the part is ordered & put in. The job was done at 4:20, and the temperature inside was a cool 76°. We were so impressed with this company that we purchased the annual service agreement for a reasonable cost. We look forward to having our HVAC system serviced by Air Hawk!

He sent another guy out to check out my system. Fast forward to this summer & I was having a tough time reaching him. I needed new ductwork & I needed the system reinstalled cause it was no longer level. I was in the process of getting estimates when I mentioned Garland air. Well I was talking to a tech when Seth starts texting me. He was on my phone... guess I had accidentally called him. He asked to come out & give me an estimate. I said ok. A few hours later his son showed up who was also very polite. Zeke & Connor crawled under the house & took pics & videos. This was a few days before Christmas. Seth showed up & reviewed everything then gave us an offer. We agreed & he was here at 9am the next morning. They worked all day & night & made sure everything was working great. The next day my husband crawled under the house (old house) to see how it looked. He said it looked very professional. The ducts were tied up off the ground (unlike previous installs) the huge system was completely clean & level. The only thing we had to wait for was the steel cover. The cover finally came in & Seth came to install it today. I was in a meeting so I missed him but he still did a great job. I wanted to update my review because I have had so many terrible AC companies out here. Most of them are unreliable & don't do such great work. The companies that are generally reliable are quite expensive. Garland Air does great work at reasonable prices. I am so glad I accidentally called him that day. I will forever recommend Garland Air. They aren't afraid to get dirty to finish the job. I had at least 5 others out here that gave me estimates for new ductwork yet they never actually looked at the ductwork. I was introduced to Seth a couple years ago and have used Garland for several repairs and maintenance needs. Yesterday, Seth and team evaluated replacing my AC units damaged from a hurricane. Seth recommended repairing the units, at a fraction of the replacement cost. He did the work right then and worked well into the night to finish the job. He was once again very quick to respond, very honest in his evaluation/recommendation, very fair in price and went way above and beyond to get the job done! I'm so impressed and thankful I have a great company to turn to when needed!

He gave me a business card and I then called the next day to arrange for an appointment. I was very accommodating to their schedule and was given a date of May 14, between 1-5pm. I adjusted my schedule and made sure I was home. At 3pm....I received a call that an emergency came up and no one is going to show. I was displeased that I had to adjust my schedule, but I understood....it happens. I thought maybe they would make good and I would be the first person the next day....fat chance. I was given May 27, between 830am-noon and that I would first up. Again, I adjusted my schedule and made sure I was home.....however, at 10am, another phone call to me stating another emergency had come up and they won't be able to make it.....wanting to reschedule again. Of course, I was upset and without using foul language questioned their customer service and reliability. I was put on hold for a few seconds, then an male subject responded, asked my name, told me to have a good day and hung up. That being said, they may do good work or not, as Hudson Air has poor customer service and reliability issues. Buyer beware.

Priority Cool responded with an eta of 1 pm. On the mark, Raydel showed up. Very pleasant young man. Clean and professional in appearance. My AC problem was a coil condenser fan motor I believe. It was 87 inside the house, thank the Lord for frozen peas. Felt great on my head. Though the AC was under warranty would be a few days living on the sun before he could get it so I opted for the one available in his truck. Very satisfied with the service and highly recommend Priority Cool Solutions.
