After a long day of hiking, that was fine with me. There wasn't a lot of flavor to anything I tried, but there was plenty of it and that's what I cared about. I can't say there was a lot of service here. They refilled the drinks, took the plates, and I paid at the counter when I left. What can I say? Would I have enjoyed the food more somewhere else? Yes. Would I have eaten less somewhere else? Definitely. If you're hungry after a full day, this may be your place. If you are looking for fine dining, this probably isn't it. What's your priority?

It was delivered opened it up my noodles were fine but they gave my husband a large human beef With a side of sweet and sour sauce that we did not order and was charged for and also a side of white rice which also I never ordered. My husband called to explain to them that they did not deliver what we ordered. The lady was arguing and talking over my husband saying that's what we ordered. No we did not order that and was charged with the tip over $30. They never get orders correct ever !!! Want the money refunded back to my card and I will never eat here again. The last time I ordered there was a wad of plastic in my food. The size of a golf ball. No apology. No let me make this right. Argued with me the customer that was not in the food. I know very good and well that I didn't order food with a piece of plastic in the food. This place is a disaster and i also saw her screaming at a girl about 14 eating and doing homework. Told her she can't be sitting she needed to be behind the counter. This is a child !!!!

For years I've always loved Thai Smile basil chicken, and yesterday I tried Recipes by Miss Risa's Thai basil chicken. I've also had the Thai basil chicken at Bourbon on Main as a seasonal offering they have there during the colder months. All are very good, but if I had to rate them, I would rate China Wok #1, Thai Smile #2, Bourbon on Main #3, and Recipes by Miss Risa #4. They all offer fantastic Thai basil chicken, but China Wok has really set the bar on this dish in Frankfort. That said, if you like Thai basil chicken you are in luck because any of the 4 mentioned served really great Thai basil chicken. This is my favorite Thai dish by far, so we are really blessed in Frankfort to have so many options for this amazing dish!

The chicken had just the right amount of spice where you noticed it but it didn't overpower the food. A co-worker had the Pad Thai and it looked delicious as well. There is an extensive menu and if I lived near there I'd be trying something different on a regular basis. As for the ambiance, it's a small little restaurant in a strip mall where you will overlook it if you don't know what you're looking for. Not much parking but it wasn't overly busy either. Nothing fancy here but it was clean and with how good the food is, it doesn't need to be fancy. The service was what you would expect. The waitress checked on us regularly and was friendly.
