You can tell they use quality ingredients every bite tastes fresh and homemade. The cream cheese frosting is absolutely amazing; I could eat it by the spoonful! The staff is always friendly, patient, and happy to help with recommendations or packaging gifts. The shop smells heavenly the moment you walk in, and everything is beautifully displayed. Whether it's for birthdays, holidays, or just a little treat for yourself, you really can't go wrong here. My favorite is the red velvet, but honestly, every flavor I've tried has been delicious. I did not get to take a good look at the cake or take a picture because the cake was for a surprise party and I was overwhelmed with planning things when I picked it up. Later, upon inspecting the cake, it looked very rushed and thrown together. The words and designs looked faded. Icing colors were bleeding and it just didn't look professionally done. I had to buy materials and go back over some of the words to try to make it look presentable. Other than the presentation, the cake itself tasted good. But I would NOT recommend getting any sculpted cakes made by this company. I was very disappointed and not happy at all how it came out. I will post two pictures, one is the cake before and the other is the cake after I tried to razzle dazzle it a little.

I don't like when I order a cupcake and you only get "hints" of the flavor. Not here, if you get a strawberry cupcake, expect for it to taste like a strawberry field in your mouth. If you get a peanut butter cupcake, that's exactly what you'll get. Their brownie is ooey gooey goodness and not cakey, just how I like them! The owners were friendly, and best of all, they don't charge you an arm for one of these sweet treats. A must when visiting Jackson or passing by on the 55 to your next destination.
