Everything was easy to do the only thing I didn't like was no one called to confirm my appointment or when you call no one answered the phone. When I arrived it's a multiple business building and I had a hard time finding the place. The room is 270 but the name is not on the door so it made it skeptical for me but in the confirmation email it had it. When I arrived I had a short wait until the tech took me.
