Obviously they should have said we cannot accommodate you because we don't have medium blonde or light blonde or anything remotely like blonde. I also had a keratin lash lift and my eyelashes are literally folded in half touching my eyelids. Literally. Just bent in half with a crease in the lash touching my eyelids. Nice receptionist though. Very soothingly telling me "oh everything looks great." There are salons that do beautiful keratin lash lifts. This is just not that place.
