It's a great simply food truck for a special dessert called honey puff, the honey puff ladies only do this single food and it's diffidently a scrumptious one.
You can choose 6 puffs for $5 or 12 for $10 if I remember correctly. Each of them are plump and has a honey gold glazed shine, for extra 50c you can choose a topping from roasted pistachio, walnuts or white sesames, don't leave the puffs plain, the toppings will add a different texture to the puffs. The puff itself has a crispy coat and will blast a little bit in the mouth, the juicy honey tastes with a little bit gooey will distinguish from any other desserts you've had, it's very pleasant and delicious especially when fresh made, eat it when it's warm!
6 puffs are enough for 1-2 and 10 will definitely feed a group of people, but make sure you get enough in case people fights for these little delights between sharing cause they're kind of addictive one after another...
I think they go with all the food markets like Adelaide night market or fork on the road. Find the orange truck among other food trucks, I don't think they are on streets regularly. read more
