I hadn't been to the dentist office in a while due to a bad experience so a chipped tooth brought me here! The staff is so friendly and explained everything in detail! They saw how anxious I was but worked with me through the process, made me feel like they were one of my friends! Dr.Farag was wonderful and I almost fell asleep when he was working on my tooth! The visit did last a couple hours so one of the staff members got me a smoothie and I'm insanely grateful for that! The…read moredentist has always been a touchy topic for me, but I feel so lucky that I can get care at a place that is invested in me. Dr. Cody is funny, gentle and kind. He has got the best personality and I look forward to all my appointments with him. He provides great care and does it so personably. Dr. Barry is knowledgeable and performed a difficult root canal that went quickly and smoothly. Alyssa, my hygienist is so sweet and when she performs my cleaning has the delicate touch needed while doing a thorough job. Office manager Liz is always helpful and I look forward to catching up with her when I check-in. I highly recommend coming to this location. I've been a patient of modern dentistry for over 10 years and when this location opened closer to home I was nervous I wouldn't like it. I'm so glad I do and as long as this staff is still there I will continue to be a loyal patient. Also note parking can be tough at later times because it is a busy shopping center. Facility itself is a brand new build, rooms have always been clean and I've always felt safe under their care. Highly recommend the gum laser treatment! Poor communication and dishonest billing practices. Billed me for "comprehensive exam" when only…read moreone tooth was examined and addressed. Nothing about my other teeth, gum health, jaw problems that I mentioned during intake. When I contacted them about fixing the billing, I never received a response. I was also promised a follow up on my insurance, didn't receive one. Also I booked my appointment with Dr Laura, but received an exam from Dr Katelyn instead. Would have been fine, however I didn't find the bedside manner to be great. For example when I mentioned that I wanted braces she simply asked "Why?" I found this odd since previous dentists had observed issues with my jaw alignment, bite, and teeth crowding.. but this time the dentist seemed confused as to why I'd even want braces. If a comprehensive exam was truly given in the first place, I don't think it would have been a question. Another example: after examining my cracked tooth she said matter-of-factly "I think we both know that it needs to go". Actually no I didn't know, that's why I wanted to get it examined in the first place rather than asking for an extraction. Weird vibes the whole time, just seemed annoyed like I was wasting her time. The place wasn't busy when I went, but wait times were very long. In total I spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes there. The actual exam was less than 10 minutes. I added one star because the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming.

However, without notice, they placed me with a "floating" dentist that is not covered by my Delta Dentist insurance. WHY????? This was purposely done and they charged me whatever they wanted. Sad that the clients needs were highly abused. As a result, just for cleaning and X-rays ONLY, I was at THEIR financial mercy and they overcharged me an exuberant amount of money, way over $3000. Per Delta, some of the charges (at least 4 in my account) were part of the service already charged. Why were those codes added separately? Thank God I checked. No bueno. Just sending the consumer a quick reminder that though the place looks decent, the "nice" fast talking staff is NOT really looking out for you. I highly "do not" recommend this place. BEWARE!

My son has autism and when I mentioned this to them they informed me they would make a note so that when we went in to see the dentist they could take a bit longer with my son trying to get him comfortable with the dentist and the instruments. Something else that was very important for us was privacy since we had previously been to another kids dentist that had an open chair concept with multiple chairs right next to each other and my son became scared while waiting and watching the other kids get work done. This is more like a traditional adult dentist where they have individual rooms with open door concept so the staff can come in and out of the room but the patient still gets a sense of privacy. The service was equally great they are very patient and understanding of his autism.

He explained everything to me clearly and made sure I got all that I needed. I also received a cleaning, and the hygienist was amazing - very professional, there was so much work to be done, and so my respect has grown for all dental staff. Just need to trust others' expertise as they're just trying to help, and let them do their job comfortably.
