I decided to pull the tooth to not have to go through that again. I called the office to inform and ask why my root canal became infected and never received a call back. Super unprofessional not to even discuss the matter. Response to owner: I wasn't provided with a follow up appointment after treatment. I paid and the receptionists never informed me to follow up. I also never received a reminder card to folklore up. My dentist also stated your office never followed up. I originally went into their office by a referral of a close friend- my wisdom teeth have been bothering me for a week. I went into their office, was greeted by Letty who was extremely patient with me. I was seen right away and after my X-rays were taken, I was explained with great concern from the dentist why they wouldn't be able to do my extraction, and if I was a family member, they wouldn't do it.
