Alan Bath, owner of this business, has been a gem and a gentleman. I own several historic/custom built homes and I am very sensitive to keeping the homes in their original condition. I had a large window suffering from rot. Alan not only replaced it, he managed to mill the replacement to the original specs so that the new one looks exactly like the old one, down to the same wood. He repaired the roof of my screened in porch and when it still had issues, he personally came back twice to find the tiny leak and repair it. He understands triage - will always tell you what should be done FIRST to avoid future problems and keep the expense to a minimum.
