After he was paid, he then stopped answering my texts and requests to help with adjusting the cabinets.

After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I would never used them again or refer them to anyone! BEWARE! No rates here.

All 3 bathrooms required custom cabinetry. All 3 are gorgeous! He even used a special spray paint on the cabinets that I didn't know about and it was so slick looking. We loved it! Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. To explain: My husband and I purchased a home recently, unfortunately we are dealing with a situation where the sellers did not make honest disclosures and there is now a legal process involved. I was straightforward about this over the phone. I was also straightforward with where we were located in reference to Brooklet. After explaining ALL of the work we needed done, the person I spoke with on the phone was super supportive about getting a contractor to us (no issue with this particular employee). He asked if we were veterans, both my husband and I are, we were informed of the veteran discount policy, which is nice, but definitely not something we ever expect. All seemed great, we managed to get a date and time set up for the contractor to come out to our home. After scheduling I received a call a while later from the same person I spoke with previously. He informed me that after talking to the owner/contractor, the only way he would be able to keep the appointment was if we paid $200 in advance for the contractor to come out. Then I was told "this never happens" and this was not standard for them. The reason I was given is because of the distance from Brooklet (we are on the Statesboro side of Sylvania). I was told that because we had other contractors coming out, the $200 charge was for gas and time. I NEVER once mentioned speaking to or scheduling other contractors. This all occurred in September and we are still looking for a contractor to help us with the repairs. This contractor is a sad excuse for a veteran business who claims to support other veterans, especially service disabled veterans. He does not even have the spine to contact customers directly when he changes his business practices on a whim, instead he puts it on his employees to deliver information that he should handle.
