I have pictures and will post it. I've refinished tubs myself before, so I know it should not be peeling at all, but especially when it was done less than four weeks ago. I don't think he used the kit I purchased because he quickly removed the containers before I could see them. There was also a very small laminate flooring repair job I paid him for that was not done well at all, and he left a greasy residue on my floors and did not try to correct it or clean it up. I ended up having remove the oily mess myself. I give his personality a B+ but his work I give a D- I would not recommend his services. I now have a very good and dependable handyman that does great work and is more affordable than Honest Greene. I believe all those "so call" 4 star positive reviews on his site is BOGUS! His work does not look anything like those pictures. Yelp, should really investigate these businesses before putting these services on this site for people to trust and think they are getting what they're paying for. Most of these businesses just want the money and could care less about the quality of their work.

Each company's proposal said the same thing as to what work needed to be done. They all recommended we replace our existing roof with a metal roof, but two of the three proposals were at least 1/3 more than JCB for the same exact work. We consider ourselves sophisticated consumers and know the cheapest price is not aiways the best price. After meeting with TJ, one of the owner's of JCB, we determined JCB was the roofing company for us. We agreed upon a start date and JCB arrived on the scheduled date and time and completed the work in a timely manner. Part of the job included replacing the glass over our sun room which required JCB to build a new frame to properly support the new glass. The area to be covered measured 22 feet x12 feet which proved to be quite an engineering job. Jonathan, JBC's foreman, proved to be up to the job and designed and built the structure to house the glass on the spot. We would recommend JCB for all of your roofing needs. They are first class !

HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL / DOES NOT WARRANTY WORK…read more I hired Alex to fully renovate our newly bought 2300 square-foot house, including new floors, walls and ceilings and a few other small projects and paid him over $25,000. He and his team did an OK job but the problems we soon discovered were: 1) they had used the wrong paint on the doors and all of the door started appealing within a few weeks. 2) Also, they came back to touch up the walls but used the wrong finish paint and now the house is full of spots that reflect with light. 3) However, the real issue is he was also hired to paint/epoxy the garage floor. Unfortunately, it started peeling within months and then he told me it was because we had an EV and we did not tell him about it. After consulting with Sherwin-Williams rep, they said that was not the problem. It was not finished right. Alex said he would warranty the work and came out to patch up some of the spots that were peeling. Those spots quickly peeled right up. On top of this, Alex had asked me to fully remove everything from our garage, which took me over five hours to move by myself. He then told me he would be coming back later to fully refinish the floor in which I needed to remove everything from the garage once again. I had moved everything outside and wrapped it with tarps as it was raining that week and he never showed up. So I had to move ALL of our items both out of the garage and back in for no reason. I have back issues with the pending back surgery and after this I could not walk for three days. He then told me he would be coming out at a later time (Third time visit ) to fix the floors and for me to again to remove all the items. I did not do any moving this time knowing he has not showed up before and once again he did not show up. At this point in time, he does not answer any of my messages and has also stopped responding to the Sherwin-Williams paint rep who provide all the materials and he said he needs to do the job right. Based on the not best quality of work and the fact that he simply does not warranty his work and will stop answering your emails - I would highly recommend to find another dependable contractor. I will no longer be working with Alex again.
