Even though I was critical in my review, all in all, it was acknowledged that the work done was professionally done. For sure, if a client wants work completed in a specific manner, it needs to be documented, as sometimes things discussed were not calculated into the estimate, and/or were perceived as future projects that needed an estimate and acceptance where both sides understand the terms and parameters of the obligations and commitments. I wanted to delete the review of Aug7, 2025, but, didn't see an option on YELP to do so. Perhaps it's due to the fact that I'm from the stone ages on the 20th century that I just didn't see the delete button for a previously submitted review, or maybe it just was never an option to remove a posting.
