All of the knives are sharp and work really well. Luckily none of my knives had nicks or chips that take extra time and cost to fix. I live close by so I dropped off and picked up my own knives but he offers that service for a delivery charge on his website. His pricing is fair for the amount of time and work he puts into each knife. I don't want to buy the equipment and invest my own time so I'd rather pay an expert for his time and work.
