He apparently doesn't trust any of his employees, especially anyone who can help out with office tasks like answering the phone, returning calls or even taking payments for anything. He makes ALL of his employees go to lunch at the same time so he closes the shop for an hour in the middle of the day also.

Luckily this occurred about 20 miles from my final destination. The next morning my cousin and I started calling around to get this issue resolved so I'd be safe to travel the 250 miles back home a couple days later. We communicated with big box retailers, local repair shops, and salvage yards in the area and sadly had zero luck. Luckily my cousin who is from the local area called Pitcher Perfect Tire Service located at 62 Mercer Road New Sharron Maine 04955 (207) 778-9699. She spoke to the owner Josh Pitcher, explained the unique situation, and he advised us to head on over so he could try to find a solution. He took a look at the damaged rim and quickly knew that there was nothing that could be done to fix it. Unfortunately we wouldn't have enough time to order and wait for delivery of a rim that matched the other three on my car due to travel time constraints. He was able to find a rim that he had right there in his shop that didn't match my other rims but fit my tire and it would ensure a safe ride home vs attempting to drive way too far on a donut. He actually put my tire on the rim switched the odd rim and tire from the front to the back for a bit of a smoother ride home considering the unique circumstance. Josh and his team went above and beyond to creatively find a solution to this problem and it was solved in less than an hour. I couldn't thank him enough it was a great experience and to make it even better he charged me a more than fair price. I'd recommend that individuals in the New Sharron Maine area give them a call if you need any tire assistance, advice, service, or repairs!
