From the owner: How do I get an estimate? Some insurance companies want you to visit their drive-in claims center…read morebefore bringing your car to the collision repair center. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our location and ask the insurance company to inspect the car here. Do I need an appointment for an estimate? Walk-ins are welcome, although sometimes it is best to call ahead of time so we can advise you of the process. What do I need for a collision repair estimate? All you need is your car, insurance card, and contact information. What if my insurance company wants me to go to another shop? You have the right to go to the shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop. They may tell you they wont cover the work, but we have stood behind our repairs since 1985. Estimates may vary - why? Differences in collision repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. In the process of fixing the damage caused by the collision, additional auto body repair issues may be revealed. If your not sure why one estimate is different from the other please ask us. Which shop should I choose? a shop like Conrad's with state-of-the-art repair equipment and certified (ASE, I-Car) technicians. Should I accept the insurance check, and if I do, will additional work be covered? Yes. We will work with the insurance company on any supplements (work that is accident related) and will bill them directly if need be...

I do not have a history of reviewing businesses, but I could not avoid this situation and must put…read moremy review for others to see. I have never had a worse customer experience with any service business in my 64 years that I have been around. Not only does the collision center lack integrity, but honesty has fallen with it. The manager Jason seems to have an affection for the person that causes their problems,Josh. Besides numerous other problems with this company, they glued trim on my F250 pick up truck instead of following their estimate of replacing trim which required removing my rear window. Apparently the manager Jason instructed them not to do the repair and glue the trim instead. Of course that was yesterday. The first thing this morning, the trim has popped off of my vehicle yet when I mentioned something to them when I picked up my vehicle, their attitude was we back our work, if it doesn't work out, bring it back and we'll do it again. When I was shown my vehicle so that they could show me the great work they did. I asked the technician if they had to remove my ladder rack in order to take out the back window to repair the trim and he went on to tell me yes and explain what they did. Unfortunately, for me, they did absolutely none of that. I would never have approved any body shop to glue my trim back on because it is proven glue does not hold trim or they would have made it that way originally. I was told the price of parts yet when I went to pay my bill they were almost double what I was originally told it would cost. I tried to reach out to the manager Jason and was treated like an elementary school child being lectured on how they operate yet he had no regard for my concerns that while my vehicle was there for over three weeks and after a dozen phone calls and his employees leaving messages for Josh, I never received one call about my inquiries of the status of my vehicle. I did notice looking at other reviews that it seems like most of their poor reviews come from their female customers of which my wife was also disrespected in their office by both Josh and the staff that attended to her I have never experienced anything as poor as this business is run and I intend to take this up with the general manager first thing on Monday morning. I hope to have more of a positive experience talking to him than being lectured by a team of people at the collision center that have a camaraderie that will cover for each other no matter what a customer has to say. Not to mention that when going to get my vehicle, I was informed that insurance would take five more days before they would approve of the payment, and therefore I would not be able to get my vehicle until then, while completely disregarding the fact that possibly the customer will pay for it so they could have their vehicle that was being held by this company . Of course I spoke with insurance and was informed by my insurance representative that the bill was presented to them moments before my conversation with them. USAA also blamed the inconsistency on Josh wondering why they didn't have notification prior too completion to have the required time to review the bill. I can go on and on, but I will end my review by saying this is a catastrophe of doing business with people like this. Unless I am mistaking, I assumed that it is the responsibility of a business to reach out to the customer to notify them of any change to the original work order, let alone, price differences, and the timeframe from bringing a vehicle in to ordering parts. It is now morning after I picked up my vehicle and looking at my receipt I was charged for the repair of my dented driver's door, which has been repainted shiny like new. The dent was never repaired. Good luck to anybody considering this place to do business with. I will now be trying to meet with the owner first thing Monday and will edit to keep anybody informed that happens to be reading their reviews.
