This is by far the worst dealership in Montreal. They are unorganized, thieving, and unreliable. This is a warning to all future customers, I would avoid this place like a pothole. I made an appointment to change my tires and and ended up going back and forth 3 times as they didn't order or install my product properly. They are so easy at taking your money, but when it comes to credits, they are SUPER CHEAP. Terrible service and even worse reliability. I found a used vehicle on Auto Trader at Honda des Sources, and contacted them on it. I dealt with a fellow there by the name of Rick, and at times the used car sales manager Roberto. They were very helpful, going above and beyond, acting as my eyes and evaluating the vehicle on my behalf. They did a thorough check on the vehicle for me, including a full drive test and a full report, so I could fly from Calgary all the way to Montreal with confidence in the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I bit the bullet and bought the tickets with my fingers crossed that everything was as they stated. When I arrived the salesman Rick picked me up at the metro station and took me to the dealership. The vehicle was everything I had been told. Roberto even looked after a number of repair details to get the vehicle up to 100%. I was both impressed and relieved with the up front "We'll get it done" attitude. Even with shipping back to Alberta, the car was a great deal! I can confidently say Rick and this dealership provided a fantastic value. And I highly recommend them from wherever you are in Canada. read more

Horrible dealership. Dealt with a salesman who said he will match price from another dealer. This was not true and came in at almost $2000 higher. Then tried to tell me the other dealer was wrong. Then at the end practically yelled at me over the phone to go buy at the other dealer. When I called for General Manager, twice, he did not even have decency to return my calls. Surprisingly quick service, especially for a dealership. Told to expect a wait of about 90 minutes; car ready in less than an hour. Staff were courteous and helpful. I also spent some time checking out new cars and found the sales staff helpful and non-pushy. read more

Worst Dealer I have ever been too. Sales department are young and don't know their warranties that they are selling. Service department does' not open on weekends.
