We had to revisit a few times and test drive a few vehicles before making our decision. We are extremely happy with our purchase. We got a dent from being doored. Is that even a word? Anyways, after getting an estimate in Toronto for way too much money, we came back to this location and we received the best service possible. The dent is completely gone and there is basically no evidence of any ding whatsoever. These guys know what they're doing and I trust them 100%. I highly recommend this location for their sales, service, and body shop. Thank you for making my car look brand new again!

We LOVE Alex. He has consistently provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Unlike our Toyota dealership... he will not up sell for the sake of up selling. He is busy enough he does not need to fleece his customers. Toyota said to replace our entire exhaust system for 2500$ when it broke down... they do not repair... only replace. We were told that we cannot trust "JOBBERS" and it would be risky to have it repaired by anyone other than the dealership. Took the car to Alex after a friend suggested we have him take a look.... he fixed it for 100$. All it needed was a spot weld. Took him 45 minutes and that was 3 years ago. Car still working perfectly. Highly recommend. I think the only credit card they take is Amex. .. or cash. Double check your payment options when you call. Not the prettiest place... no waiting room... but there are a couple of restos nearby if you need same day service.

I picked up the vehicle late in the day and by the time we finally did the walk around it was dark. I drove to my hotel and noticed some scratches/ gouges on the top side of the bumper. I originally thought I missed the scratches in the pictures. Nope. The pictures clearly show no scratches but the vehicle did have another dealership's badges on it. The dealership removed the other dealer's badges, put their own sticky mess on and in the process damaged the bumper. I never asked them to remove the other dealer's badging and they did that without my consent. Lots of back and forth with salesmen but they refused to pick up the tab to have the vehicle repaired claiming that I backed into something or someone bumped me while driving. Stay away from this dealership- honestly isn't their strong suit.
