I nor any my friends have ever had a problem with junior. The bank making a car loan is the sole decider of whether you are creditworthy or not. The banks use an algorithm to scan applications and some data like income is not verified but will be at some point. If you are accepted by the algorithm it doesn't mean you will be accepted again when your income and other data submitted needs to be verified . People do lie to get a loan and when refused after their application data is verified they are upset and blame the refusal on something else. They don't want to tell their friends they were refused so they need to create a different story for their rejection rather than admit they lied on their initial application. They sometimes blame junior for this. To counter this junior wants income to be verified before submissions to the bank and this angers some buyers who previously did not have to do this. Car loans were easier to get when interest rates were lower but banks are more thorough now which is why dozens of big name car dealerships have gone bankrupt. Just a sign of the times. Je fais affaire avec Sood depuis 2006, c'est une entreprise familiale établie depuis 1977, je connais les propriétaires - le père Harrish Sood au début, et maintenant le fils, Junior. Je viens juste d'acheter mon troisième véhicule avec eux, alors je suis pas mal surpris de voir des évaluations aussi négatives à leur sujet. J'ai toujours été bien traité, tant au niveau des conseils pour les achats que les conseils au niveau du service, des garanties prolongées et du financement. C'est vrai que leur garage et leurs installations ne sont pas très attrayants, mais la compétence et la qualité du service y sont, et Junior prend ma satisfaction à coeur pour une relation durable, et les économies qu'ils réalisent sur le "look" se retrouvent dans mon porte-feuille, et ça dure depuis 12 ans! Alors peut-être que ce n'est pas un bon endroit pour vous si vous ne cherchez qu'à acheter au plus bas prix possible du marché, sans égard à la qualité des véhicules ni au service à long terme. The owner is a horrible human being -- absolutely no class, no values. I pulled into his parking lot for literally one minute to pick up my father, who was carrying heavy grocery bags, and this man started swearing at me, shouting the F-word right in front of my three kids sitting in the back seat. What kind of person does that? Completely inhuman, rude, and disgusting behavior. No professionalism, no decency.
