He said he gets paid by the company regardless of the time he spends here!!! We are PAYING OUT OF POCKET for home care for my dad & expect service to be preformed as requested!!! Two days before that appointment, my niece called Binson's to confirm the time of pick up. Binson's said they would not take it back. They said it was owned by me, now. They told me to put it in the trash! Whose trash? How will I get to that trash? They offered no other solutions, just that I own it now.
