I was looking for a place to stay, as I was coming to surprise my friend who was running for County…read moreCommissioner in Paulding County. I stayed here and could not have been happier. First off the lady who checked my in was friendly and very efficient. The room was very clean and the water was hot, for showers. The location was very quiet and made for a great night sleep as I needed to get up early. The next morning the breakfast was great. The two ladies that were working in there did a amazing job and were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was organized and the area was clean. Plenty of tables were available to sit at. My stay was November 7th, 2022. So sorry I did not get the employees names, but just a great nights stay.

I stayed at the Mableton, GA location. I got the king room for around $140 a night. I booked…read morethrough yelp and the price was $3-5 cheaper than the rate they gave me at the front desk. Hey any money saved is still money saved so I was happy to book it myself. I was given the top floor in which case was the 5th floor. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. All the pillows were extremely soft and comfortable. I know bc I tested them all out haha. Everything in the room looked in order and I fell asleep watching basketball on the nice tv in the room. The room came with coffee and all the necessities that come with coffee. They do charge $2 for a water bottle though so I did not touch the two that were sitting by the coffee maker. Overall, it was a great stay and I got the rest I needed. I would stay at this location again!

Pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed was and how clean the accommodations…read morewere--especially for a budget-friendly hotel. The room was simple but well-kept, and we had everything we needed for a short stay. They do allow dogs for a $25 per night fee, which was great. However, we were told at check-in that pets couldn't be left alone in the room, even if crated. That made our visit a bit more complicated, as we usually count on being able to leave our dog for short periods. The designated pet area was convenient, but unfortunately, not all guests were respectful about cleaning up after their pets. I ended up picking up after other dogs while handling mine, which was frustrating. It's just common courtesy--and it keeps the space clean for everyone. Overall, a good experience with a few small challenges. I'd stay again, especially if traveling with a pet.

We stayed here on a cross country road trip and thought that the hotel was okay…read more We checked in and headed to our room. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was due for inspection in June of 2025, and we stayed in November of 2025... The rooms themselves were fairly nice. They seemed like parts of the room were nearly renovated. The shower seemed new, the dresser, and the side tables seemed new, along with the coffee bar area. The windows and window coverings did not look new... Our biggest concern was walking into the room and seeing 3 black spots on the ceiling. After investigation, they were ladybugs. We found later that there were roughly 10 under the window cover... ladybugs are not the worst bug to have in a room, but NO BUGS are more ideal. Breakfast options were okay. Nothing crazy or exciting. They were out of hot water the evening we arrived so we could not make hot chocolate in the lobby.

They can improve everything. There was nothing right about this stay. Very old and outdated…read moreeverything except for the TV. My second, and thankfully last, night I come in after a very long day and night, with lots of bags, and I get up to my room and neither of my keys work. I downloaded the digital key and that didn't work either. I called the front desk and he said he can make new keys but he couldn't bring them up so I had to grab all of my bags and go back downstairs to get new keys. I had to use the bathroom very badly so as soon as I came up I dropped all my stuff, went into the restroom and turned on the light to find what looks like a roach crawling around. This is ridiculous. I did not expect this from a Hilton hotel. I am VERY disappointed, disgusted and tired. I'm also concerned now because my luggage and other items were open in the dark room all night and I don't want to take any creepy crawlers home with me. This was the last thing I needed on my last night in Atlanta. Definitely would never stay here again and wish I did a little more due diligence and checked here, instead of the Hilton app, for reviews because I probably wouldn't have booked here.
