Service was great, wasn't even a guest and the maintenance manager was extremely helpful, really helped us tonight.

The photos on the website is from when they first built the facility & not anything recent. From the blood on the door lock to the stained couches & stained chairs, huge cockroaches on the walls in the rooms & in the hallways/corridors, to the terrible mold/mildew potent odor ALL OVER. I feel like I caught lung cancer breathing that hazardous air. The staff is unaccommodating & rude. There was no manager on site or on call when I tried to get my full refund at the moment I checked out. The night audit girl told me to just call them after 8am the next morning. Not only did I have to spend extra time, energy, money to book with another hotel, but when I called back, Amanda (supposedly the manager) said her employee told her I only get 1 night refund when I booked 2 nights. That is totally unacceptable & unprofessional. They are liars & thieves. How dare they try to SCAM my money for 1 night when I never used their facilities. They took advantage of the fact that I used a 3rd party (priceline) & they are trying to keep my money. Not only did Amanda try to keep my money, but she also hung up on me while I was on 3-way with priceline. The priceline supervisor heard the whole phone conversation. I'm not only frustrated with the Comfort Inn but highly disappointed in how they handled this situation. I just want my full refund. I will take this to corporate. I have photos & videos of proof of what I'm talking about. Matter of fact, read all of the other reviews besides mine. I'm the not liar here. I'm just warning every other potential guest . Reconsider booking or staying at this poverty stricken, cockroach & bed bug infested, mold infested, false advertising facility. This is literally a motel, not a hotel. How DARE they try to keep my money!?!?!?! UNACCEPTABLE & DISGUSTING. NO HOSPITALITY. I thought southern hospitality was better than this. Especially in this hospitality industry. I just don't get why Maddie (GM) would treat me this way. Maddie still has not contacted me directly after I called the hotel & spoke with Amanda 4 times. This is unacceptable.

This hotel served its purpose for being near Six Flags and providing 3 separate beds. Overall the size of the room was great, and the beds & pillows were comfortable. But we were all a bit disappointed in the condition of the room (see photos). Most of it was just cosmetic, but what prompted me to write this 2-star review were the trash on our floor from a previous guest when we arrived (which was also not picked up on the second day) and the black mold on the shower ceiling. This hotel is also very noisy. I understand that inconsiderate late-night noisy guests aren't the fault of the hotel, but there is no attempt here at any sort of soundproofing. Also, the ice machine on our floor was broken. To end on a positive note, I will say that the staff members I encountered were all friendly.

The location is reasonably quiet, and when I stayed there, so was the hotel itself. It probably helped that it was no more than half full at the time. I found the main advantage of this hotel, as opposed to similar establishments closer to Atlanta, to be that I could easily access I-20 West the morning of my departure, without needing to navigate the intersecting highway insanity that prevails nearer the city. On the other hand, the immediate surroundings are an industrial park, which is kind of depressing. I would stay here again as a stopover on a road trip, but I might feel differently if I were planning a longer stay (a week or more), as in that case it would be nice to stay in a more walkable area (there are almost no sidewalks near this hotel; there is an exercise room, but I like to be outdoors when possible). The Home2 Suites chain is one that I generally recommend, for its pet friendliness and relatively spacious rooms (with full kitchens) for a price similar to that of other midrange hotels with fewer amenities. This hotel is about average for the brand, which is a good thing.

Also was surprised to find reception desk staff (at various times) sitting at the desk on their cell phones carrying on loud, raucous personal conversations. Really? All of this was very surprising for a Hilton brand. We were very disappointed with this hotel, needless to say.

First off the lady who checked my in was friendly and very efficient. The room was very clean and the water was hot, for showers. The two ladies that were working in there did a amazing job and were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was organized and the area was clean. Plenty of tables were available to sit at. My stay was November 7th, 2022. So sorry I did not get the employees names, but just a great nights stay.

Hey any money saved is still money saved so I was happy to book it myself. I was given the top floor in which case was the 5th floor. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. All the pillows were extremely soft and comfortable. I know bc I tested them all out haha. Everything in the room looked in order and I fell asleep watching basketball on the nice tv in the room. The room came with coffee and all the necessities that come with coffee. They do charge $2 for a water bottle though so I did not touch the two that were sitting by the coffee maker. Overall, it was a great stay and I got the rest I needed. I would stay at this location again!

The reason I selected this hotel is because it listed a jacuzzi. I also asked for a double bed with a tub. I was told by Tham, the receptionist that they were sold out of rooms with a double bed and all the tubs were taken. Because of those issues, I decided to check out and go to the Holiday Inn Express. I called Hilton Honors customer care to report the incident and requested re-compensation to return my money back on my card since I did not stay at the hotel. The customer service agent called Tham and requested to speak to a manager. Tham stated that the Assistant General Manager, Tiffany would promptly see the notes and reimburse my money. Part 2: I called Tiffany and stated the issue that I had with the prior issues. She was rude and stated that all over the Hilton website it states that there is construction., and I don't know who told you could get your money back, I can't make that call. I have enclosed proof that there were no signs indicating construction on the website nor did the agents relay that to me when I checked in. She went on to tell me that the General Manager had to make the call to reimburse. I checked out because of the dissatisfaction of the room and customer service. I called Hilton Honors customer service again to report Tiffany and they gave me a case number. Skip the Hilton Honors in Lithia Springs, GA as it is not worth your time.

We noticed when we checked into our room that there was hair on the bathroom floor. The room itself was decent and clean. However, it needs a good coat of paint. We ended up having to change rooms because we had to stay an extra night. Luckily the hotel was able to accommodate us. After we changed rooms, not even an hour passed and we noticed that we left a few bathroom items in the previous room. We called the front desk and they stated those items were "not found." Very strange because within an hour, our stuff was "gone." Then later that night, we noticed the pull out bed was missing its mattress. They said either we could change rooms (mind you it's almost midnight) or they will continue to look for an extra mattress. We had to wait about 40 minutes and they were able to bring us a mattress. So we were grateful that they found a mattress because at that time of night, we didn't feel like changing rooms again. All in all this was a decent stay. Just know that they probably don't have a "lost and found lol."

Check in was easy and on my way in, I stopped by the ice machine. They had buckets waiting for you right by the machine so you could get it on the way up. That's great for people who may not want to come back out. They also have a water refill station as well as coffee and tea available. Oh and my favorite part, they had disinfecting wipes in the lobby. When I visit a hotel I like to wipe everything down, so it was nice that they had these on hand. The lobby was spacious with different seating options s pool table and more. When I got in the room they had the A/c BLASTING at 60 degrees. It was too cold for me, but I'm sure others appreciate that temp. The room was clean and well set up maximizing the space. One thing that was odd to me though was the toiletry situation. They were put in these big long bottles that you have to squeeze from the sides making it challenging to control how much you got out of it. My tv wasn't working so I called the font desk and they sent someone right away to fix it. In the morning I went down for breakfast and was surprised by the spread. There was a pancake station with all the toppings you can imagine. They had fresh fruit and fruit cocktail. There were hard boiled eggs and depending on the day, scrambled or mini omelettes. They had pork sausage links one day, then chicken sausage patties on the other. There was crusts, juice, and yogurt. As well as Juices, and milk to drink. There were bagels, English muffins, bread, and mini muffins. All but the muffins were wrapped up in plastic. Of course that isn't great for the environment. But it was good for sanitation purposes and it will reduce food waste as well because it kept things fresh for another day. There were plenty of staff available to help me of a small need arose. All in all I had a very pleasant experience, and you can tell that they thought about all the little details at this hotel.
