They are great with handling my two tri-colored cats (aka high attitude cats). I live in St. Cloud and make the drive down every time. I took one of my cats to a different vet once and the quality of care was such a downgrade, they did not handle my girl with the same care that White Bear Animal does. From my experience they do not push unnecessary procedures or medications and have been very kind when I was struggling with paying for care.

Glad I pushed for more and that Dr. Natalie listened to my concerns.

This vet is a bit farther away but so worth the drive. I was immediately greeted by the staff and taken into a room. Zero wait time! Everyone was so kind and sweet to my dog. The doctor took her time to explain everything and she was welcoming of questions and suggestions. She did not rush or suggest anything we weren't comfortable with.
