I took my dog, Decker, back to the clinic after a month to have his allergy testing done. Every one…read moreof the employees are so welcoming and caring for Decker. His allergy testing took about a half an hour to complete and I waited in my car in the parking lot while he was getting tested. After the testing, they took the time to go over the results with me in depth and concocted his own personalized micro dose of drops for us to give him twice daily to help fight those allergens. He was a little stoned when he came out of the testing, and they offered to help get him in the car for me since he's a big boy! Decker ended up not needing any help and is happily resting at home. I feel she truly cares about him and will always treat him as if he was her own. I have expressed that he doesn't do well at all in a kennel at all , so she doesn't put him in one. I have even had emergencies over a weekend and the dr will make contact and advise on how to handle the situation. I have also brought a yorkie Maddie that had some major dental issues and they were so good with her.. She needed to stay overnight because she had an extensive surgery so they let me know the vet tech who spent the night with her , I had a direct # to contact if I wanted to check in on my baby.. i was reassured that the Dr was just a couple minutes away from the clinic.. I got another Yorkie BeeBee from Nebraska thru Pet finder and she was having some medical issues from day 1 and they have been so helpful.... They contact you after they have their procedure with updates... And the following day after a visit, they call and ask if you have any questions, they check in on your pup to make sure everything is going well. I do agree that they are on the pricey side but if you were to actually stay there and see what's all involved, which they will allow you to as long as you let them know ahead of time.. I feel these drs and techs don't get shown the appreciation that they should be shown...
