As someone new to the hiring of a companion, I needed to be walked through situation. So rather than gaining some comfort for my aunt and myself, I am now left with no one for her, and I am extremely frustrated. (The COMPANION was WONDERFUL.) I also cannot imagine I am the only client who has asked to be included in the loop before, during, and after the visits. If you are making the decisions, both financial and otherwise, for a loved one, this is not the place for you.
