Their work is great, affordable and timely. Not to mention they stand by their work. Only the hot water heater installation had a minor issue a few days out and they came right back to fix it and without charging me. When I contacted customer service, the gentleman was quite curt and produced a picture of the flaw that was taken at installation but never pointed out to my husband or myself. This gentleman proceeded to engage in a text battle about how I wouldn't want those people to buy my house. I asked that a supervisor contact me directly. To this date, we have not been contacted by a supervisor. Remember that we were assured that we would be able to inspect the granite before installation and were never contacted for an inspection. What can be done?? Probably nothing but the customer service person, John Cassady was not what I would expect from a home town business. My bad. I trusted the company. Look at the Pics and decide.

In June of 2025 we started a new journey to purchase a new AC for our home. The previous unit was a…read moreGoodman purchased in 2011 and it performed very well. The compressor stopped working and I contacted Gordon for a quote for a new system. All the service technicians were in a meeting and Rachael said they would return my call shortly. I called back and had the pleasure of speaking to Rachael again and said we want a new AC today. Please send someone now. In 30 minutes or less we had a knock at our door from Gordon Air Conditioning. This was one of the most professional companies that I have worked with in over 13 years of living in Crestview. They helped take the screens off of our new windows and install a temporary window AC unit so we could sleep in our bedroom that night. We secured the financing and even got a energy rebate on the unit we purchased along with a military discount. They appreciate and recognize all the military families in our great town. We included a three-year service maintenance program and I am so glad we did. One July19th 2026 when we came home the AC had stopped working. The house was cool and the electronic thermostat was dark, so I knew it was time to call Gordons. I left a message on the answering machine asking for the first available on Monday July 20th. I got the call from Rachael on Sunday evening asking if we were ok and she confirmed that Gordons would arrive between 11am to 2 pm to fix our AC. It was wonderful to get that call at 8:30 on a Sunday night. I appreciate getting a text message with a picture of the technician who is coming to our home along with a phone number and confirming the arrival time. Gordon CARES about the safety of their customers by taking the extra steps and using technology to add extra security. It was a simple clog in the drainpipe that occurred and that is why the new AC stopped working. If it had not shut down the water pan would have overflow and leaked water into the house. The technician got a shop vacuum and fixed the issue right away and the system was up in running in 20 minutes. I am so glad we made the decision to purchase the three-year service agreement because it protects us the customer and in turn we build a long-term business relationship.
