I highly recommend Kid's Creek Therapy for occupational therapy. The therapists, customer service, and overall environment have all been great. Progress reports, evals, and plans of care are all done on time and are very, very thorough and accurate. I've been able to email or text occasional questions between sessions and have gotten responses within the day. The office staff is highly responsive and very knowledgeable about insurance, etc. Because of their services, my gs has moved from the 10th percentile to the 42nd percentile in speech in just a year, only has 1 gross motor skill that we are still working with, and is in the normal range for mobility, range of motion, etc. Without their help, we would be struggling with a lot of different issues.

Unfortunately she is out of network with our insurance so we were having to use our out of network benefit.
