He also took time out to do administrative work so I barely got ten minutes out of the thirty minutes scheduled for my visit. My advice is to not use the male therapist here. Very disappointing. SAS

The physical therapist was very nice, but did not test me properly. Later on she sent me to her mentor and I found out that I didn't need PT on the part of the body that I had been in PT for three months for. Honestly I feel like I need a refund for that. On top of this I was overcharged by over $500 for the services I received. According to my insurance they did not check my services and were charging me the self-pay rates. I escalated this to the district manager and she promised to send me an itemized list of the charges which she has yet to do. She also promised to look into the clinic aspect of my treatment and call me back which she has not done. Honestly I think they knew how badly my case was handled and they are now trying to sweep it under the rug. In the response below yes they did contact me directly but I was told I would receive an email with how much I was owed and there final determination of my care but nothing was sent to me. I am still fighting this.

I knew that it would be a long road ahead, but I looked forward to showing up every time because I knew I'd be challenged, while having a good time and feeling cared for. You all truly convinced me that you cared about my progress just as much as I did. Some days even more lol. Working with Jessica was always a pleasure and she was the perfect match for someone like me who tends to act like everything is ok all the time. She could read my eyes and tell when she needed to dive deeper or push me further. I graduated from Benchmark with new friends and feeling even more empowered than before! Unless you live very very far away, I'd recommend this location over the others and there's absolutely no question about if you should choose Benchmark over another physical therapy office!

They seem to have a lot of high tech machines for doing electro stuff, so if that's what you need, they have it. 5 stars for my therapist, Michael and the front desk staff. 2 stars for the gym bro atmosphere.
