The person could not schedule the inspection unless the call came from the sales agent. Apparently thats the only way "her computer lets her schedule" The inspection itself was not adequate. The inspector Dave seemed to speed through the inspection. We noticed one leak in the ejector pipe but failed to mention that in his report. Attention to detail and quality of service that you would expect from an inspection company is simply not there. This was a complete waste of my money.

John, came to my place to check out my system. He recognized my issue and told me that I needed a…read morenew tank in the basement for the well system. I did not hire him because after looking at my installation material my tank was still under warranty. I called amtrol and the company advised me to call the original installer. So, I called the original installer, and the tank was replaced, I just paid for labor. Aqua Tech Drilling is a reliable company. I will keep John in mind for any future problems with my well.

We've been trying since then to get them to come out and look at the system. John always promise to return my call, but after 6 calls he has never done so. The reason I persisted by calling him is because it's their system and the folks I called to check it are only interested in selling me their system. Extremely poor customer service, especially after sales. If you have them install your system don't expect any follow-up service after install, you're on your own!
