So for Xmas I got my wife 6 months of cleaning service from No More Chores as she is running everything by herself and could really use the help. After a few visits I'm really impressed by the service here. The cleaning lady who comes is really impeccable and worth every penny. She doesn't speak much english but totally gets what we need help with and does a bang up job each time. On top of that, the customer service and response time to emails and inquiries is top notch here. I realized they had us listed down as 3 bathrooms and 0 half bathrooms, so I emailed to say it should have been 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Within an hour I got a response saying "Thanks for letting us know, we made the changes and also set a refund for past two cleanings accordingly." Very impressive. You will definitely pay more using these guys but it is worth every red cent. First off, I just moved to the area and was busy getting my apartment together that I thought there was no point in cleaning until everything was finished. (In terms of hanging shelves, furniture, etc.) After 2 months the dirt really piled up. Consider also that I own 3 pets who shed a large amount. My place was absolutely filthy. Picture a crack-house. Today I came home and can not believe it. The place is clean. I mean....ridiculously clean. Every square inch of surface area. I've used other cleaning services and they usually do a half-job in the time they are allotted. Every square inch of my place is clean. They even did the dog bed and the cat tree. Additionally they organized everything for me. All I have to say is, if you want the job done perfectly right you will never do better. Top notch professionals.

Absolutely unacceptable service -- avoid at all costs…read more I hired The Cleaning Authority to clean my new home before move-in, and it turned out to be one of the worst service experiences I've ever had -- and I paid over $500 for it. Because I couldn't be present, I trusted them to deliver a professional deep clean. Instead, I walked into a space that was still visibly dirty, unhygienic, and nowhere near ready for living. Cabinets were full of grime and old food, countertops still greasy, the dishwasher door was coated in dried residue, and baseboards, drawers, and tiles were untouched. They tried to claim the job was "signed off" -- by my uncle, who was only there to let them in and not informed about what needed to be inspected. That excuse is as weak as the cleaning. When I contacted Richard, the owner, he admitted the job was substandard, offered me a measly $50 refund and a future discount, and promised to follow up via email -- which he never did. Total ghosting. I've since filed a complaint with my credit card provider and provided photo evidence. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers is appalling. If you care about your time, money, or hygiene -- look elsewhere. This company clearly does not stand by its promises.

- Absolutely worst service ever - Never book a cleaning service with this company "Cleaning…read moreAuthority" I called and booked an appointment with them for cleaning our 2 BHK condo in mississauga. I did not get any confirmation of the appointment until they called me a day before. I asked for the quote how much they would charge for a 2 BKH condo and the call centre person did not give me the full quote instead gave a quote of 55/hr. I again asked how much time would it normally take for cleaning fully and she mentioned it would be a minimum of 4 hrs and cannot confirm on the exact time needed. I was in assumption that they may take 4-6 hrs for the full cleaning as it is 2 BHK condo. I would never expect it would take more than that. However, there were two ladies came for cleaning. Both were untrained and non professionals. One lady was little aged in 40s and was cleaning and the other was jus in 20s and don't know what is cleaning. She was cleaning like as if playing. They started the cleaning at ~ 1.30 PM and ended up at around 8.45 PM. I could not stay in the unit as they were cleaning, instead I was in my friend's home jus 1km away. I visited the unit at around 5.30 pm to check out if the cleaning is completed (at this moment, its 8 work hours). But they were only done with 1 rest room, hall and 1 bedroom and the second rest room was in progress. Then I visited again at around 6.30 or 7 pm and found that they were only done with 2 rest rooms, hall and 2 bedrooms. I gave preference to start with Kitchen and Rest rooms but the kitchen was untouched until 7 pm. Then when I finally visited at around 8.45 pm they said they are done and the burner cook top (glass) was not at all cleaned. They said they do not have any cleaning liquid to clean the burner cook top. Finally they said they are done and asked me sign the closure form. I have complained that I am not satisfied with the cleaning time taken and kitchen cleaning to the call centre. Later when I spoke with the manager regarding the charge for the cleaning, he told me I will be charged for for the full amount for their work hours (15 work hours - CAD 932.25) which I feel is a non sense for a 2 BHK condo. I called and complained again and they didn't care much. Its not ethical practice to force consumers to pay even if they are not satisfied with the service and jus because they believed in you, you made them to pay for nearly 1000 CAD whereas we had a quote received for around 250 CAD. - Absolutely worst service ever - **** ***** *** ********* *** ****** ***** ******** ******** ***
