The staff provided our pet with snacks. The room we had was on the ground level with a door to the outside which made walking the dog easy. I was bit afraid to rent a pet friendly room would smell like dog but not a hint. They do an amazing job keeping the room fresh. I'll be back!

Starting at 10pm, the parents allowed their children to be in the hallway, running and screaming and bouncing a basketball against the walls. The parents were in the breakfast area drinking and being equally as loud. We called the front desk 3 times in a 1 hour period (10:15-11:15). Each time they said they were handing the situation. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to tell them to disburse. My husband finally had to go out there and handle it himself while the front desk staff just stood there looking flustered. Even though it's a nice hotel we are on the fence about staying here again. If the staff can't handle guests being obnoxious how would they handle an intruder or a real emergency?
