It's called country in and Suites by Radisson so not even sure where I'm at. The hotel is nice and clean . The breakfast on the other hand sucks. There's no omelette or anything no sausage no bacon just premade sandwiches. Somebody that has gluten allergies cannot have anything offered at breakfast. I think the coffee and the juices are the only thing good There's literally nothing there for breakfast. This is the first time I've come to a hotel and breakfast is nonexistent, or better mediocre.

The workers are rude, housekeeping is useless, all they do is wake you up in the morning and disturb your peace WHILE you have the do not disturb card on your door, the people at the front desk act like they don't know anything about their hotel, vending machines don't work, the bubbles in the hot tub are brown, both the pool and the hot tub look like they haven't been cleaned in years, the breakfast is terrible, the tv doesn't work, the coffee maker doesn't work, the lights kept going out, and I could barely sleep at night with all the people yelling in the hallways and arguing in the room next door, overall just a bad experience do not go to this hotel.

The rooms are very clean, spacious, cabin like. They have pourches to sit out. It is family owned and run. We have watched their kids grow up. The wifi is terrible so we disconnect for a week. Actually enjoyable. There is a small general aviation airport behind the property. But they must have noise abatement hours as we have never been kept up on awakened by planes and it is fun to watch the planes coming and going. Spend a night and you'll come back Mike and Carolyn S

The instructions were simple enough to follow, but it didn't help when the party you were to contact was difficult to reach by phone as instructed. It took several calls over a 30 minute span to connect with someone who was able to provide the code to enter the cottage. Very frustrating. Not fun after a lengthy road trip. Overall, the room itself was very nice but some things were overlooked. The TV remote didn't work, ( we bought batteries) no cups were supplied for the coffee maker, the blind for the door window was too small, and the wall heater was annoying to listen to. Minor inconveniences but with no on-site staff we were on our own. I really liked the property and feel this place has even more potential if someone is willing to invest their time and money.

There's plenty of parking and it's in a perfect area, close to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. More than enough room for 2 people. Their free breakfast is decent and offers many choices. The stumbling block... don't expect the staff to handle rowdy guests. There were several families staying down the hall. Starting at 10pm, the parents allowed their children to be in the hallway, running and screaming and bouncing a basketball against the walls. The parents were in the breakfast area drinking and being equally as loud. We called the front desk 3 times in a 1 hour period (10:15-11:15). Each time they said they were handing the situation. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to tell them to disburse. My husband finally had to go out there and handle it himself while the front desk staff just stood there looking flustered. Even though it's a nice hotel we are on the fence about staying here again. If the staff can't handle guests being obnoxious how would they handle an intruder or a real emergency?

When looking for hotels in the area the Fulton Steamboat Inn came up. We were very intrigued from the moment we saw it online. Wow, we were not disappointed. We arrived at night and as soon as we rounded the corner and pulled in all three of us said "wow". It was that beautiful! A steamboat designed hotel inside and out! There's a small lake with ducks, a playground, a fire pit area, and a nice seating area. They have a restaurant on sight, but we did not eat there. They also have a small gift shop. They did a great job at keeping things looking clean. The free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cookies were a nice touch. They had the place beautifully decorated for Christmas. We plan to stay there the next we are in town. We have already recommended the place to several people!

The room was spacious, fireplace, balcony and even a step to help you climb into bed. They have a pool and hot tub with adult swim from 10-12om. Bar and restaurant are on site. Free coffee tea and cookies in the lobby. Employees were engaging and helpful. This might be a place to come back every year. Lots of things to do in the area and many restaurantstop to choose from.
