The problem is, great, and helpful dealers, like Liberty Wholesale, aren't always aware that you have made a transaction, or ordered from them through partshotlines.com. I have to say, I wish I would have just called and spoken directly to Liberty from the start. Liberty Wholesale went above and beyond to initiate refund processes, and correct order problems they did not even know existed. On top of the refunds, They got me my part, plus another I was looking for, at a better price! All with a friendly, patient demeanor, and helpful service. I believe the rep I dealt with was Zak, I hope that's correct. He got my info, dealt with my concerns, and called me with solutions. Today I took my 26" rim in to have a new tire mounted to only leave once again completely disgusted, feeling violated, and angry as hell after the unprofessional comments of their so called sales manager frank. They had a 65yr old man changing the tire who put the rim on the machine face down and was moving it around and turning the table and completely destroyed the face of my rim. The older gentleman told frank how it happened and franks response to me was " I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU" , this coming after I even went in and questioned him about trying to mount the rim face down on the machine and he assured me " THEY DO IT ALL THE TIME, ITS FINE! HE OWNED HIS OWN TIRE SHOP IN FLORIDA FOR YEARS, HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING!" Clearly my concerns were validated as they did in fact destroy my rim by doing exactly what I questioned frank about and tried to get him to prevent from happening. After confronting frank with the damage to the rim and him telling me I don't know what to tell you and we've never had this happen before he then continued to push me off by saying hed call management and get back to me later, of course as of now i havent heard from him. Next step is calling Detroit to talk to owners myself and if no progress is made there I'll be obligated to file civil litigation in court due to their negligence.
