Out of $1325, they charged us $950. I asked for a receipts of the expenses that they are charging us and they gave us an invoice that they just made up on the spot. We spent the whole year with the house covered with tarp and one week where our windows are open on the living room during one typhoon. They told us that renovations should be done in a few months but after a year of living there, it's still the same state the moment we moved in. This property management has no considerations.
