Sally Ward is simply the BEST! She was my mother's physician at One Medical until she passed away,…read more2 months past 100 years old. So I accompanied my elderly mother to see Sally whenever she needed medical attention. Sally is good! She listens, has vast medical experience, thinks deeply as to what is best for THIS patient, is friendly, medically up to date, and gives her patient the full time they need in her office. I am so appreciative of the care Dr Ward had professionally and personally given to my mother, that I unreservedly give her a 10+ recommendation. On top of all that, I like her as a person, which I think is important too.

I kept saying there were signs of fatigue and weight. She kept saying I was fine. I went to my annual ob/gyn and told her the same thing. She checked my thyroid, found a lump referred me back to Dr. Ward for a follow up and low and behold, Dr. Ward called me on Christmas Eve to tell me I had thyroid cancer. She referred me to a surgeon who was on vacation and busy until after the holidays. After my surgery, one would think Dr. Ward would care enough to at least follow up. No such doctor here. She is probably a really nice person, but needs more medical experience and to be honest, I am not sure what she was thinking if she was at all returning my email with a call on Christmas Eve to tell me I had cancer.

Coding errors are common so that your insurance charges you when they should not have. You have to deal with Dr. Buxton's office and the insurance company. It is hard to say who is least interested, Dr. Buxton's office or the insurance company in helping you solve the problem. A headache. 2. He does NOT take Medicare. You have to pay up front, then try to get Medicare to reimburse you. Another headache. 3. You can talk with him ONLY during appointments. No email, no phone calls are allowed. You can send a message through the office staff, they will ask him (sometimes), and get back to you, often with a reply that does NOT answer your question. If you have a problem that throws your medication off, you cannot get answers, and it takes, sometimes months, to get an appointment in person, while you are left wondering what to do. Another headache. 4. If he is unable to help you, instead of suggesting another physician, he will just refuse to see you again. Another headache. 5. If his treatments don't work, he will blame you. Another headache. 6. He seems to listen to you during appointments, but, I got his records pertaining to me, and they show he did not listen. Disappointing. Another headache. 7. His records reflect his worry about liability, so they are inaccurate. For example, he stated he told me to get a second opinion. Nope; never happened. Get your records so you can try to correct them. Another headache. 8. Perhaps because he isn't connected with any medical group, he isn't able to see the whole picture of your health so he can suggest another way to help you. Because of his the quality of his care is very compromised. You are on your own. Another headache.

Shannon is a wise and sensitive soul…read more My doctor referred me to Shannon to help me better handle life with a chronic medical condition. From our first session, Shannon approached me with kindness and genuine curiosity. During our time together, she guided me into the inner reaches of my body and mind with patience, openness, and compassion. I had never tried hypnotherapy before my sessions with Shannon. In fact, I went in as a skeptic, but I found Shannon's approach to be powerful and grounded in deep truths. More insights were revealed to me in my couple of months with Shannon than I'd uncovered in the combined years of talk therapy that I've done in the past. I worked with Dr. Daniel for about 2.5 years as I was getting sick too often with colds and flus…read more Instead of improving my immune system, it got dramatically worse and my overall health and fitness degraded a lot. Dr. Daniel did a lot of pricy and questionable testing and put me on 41 pills a day of either supplements or prescription medicine. I developed a concerning medical condition I'd never had before that made me feel sicker than ever, requiring me to stop eating many foods, and made me so fatigued, all I could do was lie on the couch most days for months. It was miserable. I finally got fed up with her after the second time she raised her prices significantly during the pandemic and fired her. I had spent tens of thousands of dollars on her appointments, testing and supplements. I immediately went off of everything she had prescribed and felt so much better within two weeks. My health has been just fine since I stopped following her advice 18 months ago. She may have a lot of five-star Yelp reviews but read them closely - few mention good medical outcomes from working with Dr. Daniel. That's because she gives her patients a discount on supplements in exchange for Yelp reviews which they write at the beginning of their treatment before they have any outcomes. This practice is unethical and should be illegal. Note to Dr. Daniel: When you attempt to rebut my review, be sure not to violate HIPAA.

Excellent doctor; disappointing practice…read more First of all, Dr. Daniel is extraordinary: extremely well-informed, profound, compassionate, and caring. Working with her had an incredibly positive effect on my health and well-being and I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her, and get back to optimal health. However, there have been recent changes to the practice that feel de-humanizing. Today, in the midst of a pandemic, I tried to log in to ask a question or make a short appointment, and was told my account was "inactive" as I had not had an appointment in a year. I called to see if I could ask Dr. Daniel, a doctor I really trust, a question or make an appointment, and Jason/Jonathan called me to tell me that I was no longer a patient, and the practice was not accepting new patients. I told him I'd been a patient since 2015, and asked him how I could make an appointment, or ask Dr. Daniel a question, and he said I would need to go online and read about my options, that who knows if I could be seen again, but that I might be a "level 2" or "level 3. " When I asked him what that meant, he said I should go online. As a longtime patient, a mother, and a scientist, I felt hurt and disrespected by this de-humanizing interaction. It seemed that the rug had been swept out from under my feet - I was booted from the practice because I felt well and hadn't had an appointment in a year. These new policies, and the interaction with Jason/Jonathan were the exact opposite of my previous experience with Dr. Daniels (warm, humanizing, caring). He left me with no other option than to seek other care.

My right foot started hurting like hell and my walking gait had become a little wonky. l thought it was residual effect of having a screw removed years ago after a 5th metatarsal break had healed - wrong! Dr Wagstaff showed me my right foot was out of alignment, causing the wonky gait and pushing the side of my foot down into the side of the shoe, making it hurt! Dr Wagstaff showed me a simple stretch to release tension in my Achilles and a temporary set of orthotic insoles. The stretch brought the foot back into alignment, the temporary orthotic insoles kept it there. Dr Wagstaff did a mold of my feet while in his office, picked the orthotics up today. The results are wonderful! I walked out of Dr Wagstaff's office feeling like I was walking on a cloud; no pain and walking straight as a newly released arrow in flight - I call it miraculous! I can certainly recommend the services of Dr Wagstaff - pay attention to what he tells you.
