    * Do NOT hire Legacy *…read more We recently hired them to clean out our main drain. We have occasionally had issues with tree roots blocking the line. And, this is what the problem was. Their worker did indeed get these out from the line. It was apparently easily resolved. Their worker was here no more than 20 minutes. But! Only five days later our main line was clogged again! We contacted Legacy. There was obviously something they missed. Legacy refused to even consider this. Their excuse for not missing something was, "you've got roots." Um, yes. But, they do not grow to block the line in five days. Legacy was wanting to charge us another $200 just to even come back out. They would not even consider that they had not completely cleaned the line. Be prepared for Legacy charging higher costs, too. They charged over $350 to come out to do a simple job which (I found out) other reputable companies charge less than $250. We have a normal residential line- it isn't long in length. They charged a separate fee just for using a snake to clear the line. Um, I compare the unreasonable nature of this like an auto shop wanting to charge you for using tools to get an oil change! We hired a different plumbing service to come out to resolve the issue. It was indeed a small amount of roots which remained, clogging the line. It was something Legacy completely missed the first time. It was something they shouldn't have wanted to charge $200 to even come out. *You have been warned. Don't hire Legacy*

I had a gas water leak in the garage on Jan.16, 2023 and a plumber by name , Anthony Banks came and…read morereplaced it by a Bradsmith White water heater. He did excellent work, and the total bill was $3,869,00. I knew this was about 1000 dolars too high, but since my wife has been recovering from a recent stroke, and she wanted a replacement quickly, I didn't bargain for a reasonable lower price. I am sure I would have got the work doneby anther Norman Plumbing Company for about $2869,00 instead of $3.869.00. I have mentioned this to them. Let me see what happens. I will be satisfied even if they give me a refund of 500 dollars. Again, Anthony Banks, the plumber did excellent work. You can use him for your plumbing needs, but check with other plumbers on the price. Ananth Sundara-Rajan Homeland Ave, Norman, OK 73072

They also quoted us $4500 to replace a valve and install new knobs on our bathtub and I supply all parts beforehand. The other place i called quoted us a total of around $1150. Apparently this is their status quo as most of the other reviews for them say the same thing. I wish I would have read up on this company before asking for a quote. It would have saved both of us time. Im not sure what makes this company think they are worth the prices they charge. STAY AWAY unless you want to pay triple the cost of other plumbing companies.

Two days later it overflowed into the backyard from just letting the sink and bathtub water run. They, in fact, did not fix the clog. I had to pay someone else to fix it. Also, they charged me $3400+ to tie the water into my kitchens cold water line. They saw a broken pipe under the sink where water had been draining under the house; that was not included. They wanted $5800 to fix my washing machine drain and that broken pipe they couldn't repair for the $3400+ I already paid. I said no, I think I've paid you enough already. Complete and total SCAM. NOW after calling several times won't even return my calls. Small claims court here we come
