I was concerned because it was a very small family company. Since then I have been 100% satisfied. If there is a problem they are on top of it. For example this Thursday (Thanksgiving weekend), I reported a problem to the general number (a yellow light on the panel). I got a call back from the owner within the hour (a service you don't get often). I couldn't take the call and I decided to wait till Monday as it was not an emergency situation. Can you believe that the owner called me back? This is the kind of service you will get from Victor Security for a fraction of the price from the other companies.

Let me put this very simply... Chris is amazing. Here is why and what he did for me. I have a…read moredetached garage that I turned in to a bar or a man cave. I was trying to use my house Wi-Fi for the TV and other electronics in the garage. I also run a podcast from the garage, so having reliable connection is paramount. Chris came out and gave me several options. I did not want to have to dig up concrete or grass to run conduit in a direct line. Chris figured out a P2P system for me. In the house, my speed is 1GB. Now in the garage my speed is about 982 Mbps. AMAZING. It's not just that. he cleaned up all of my wires, tying them together, and it was like better than before he was here. I am completely impressed and happy with my new service that Chris provided. If you have networking needs, Chris is your guy.

The home did not have a wired electric doorbell which was required for my cameras, and Adam (owner of 1 Solution AV) was quick to reach out. I had initially asked for recommendations for electrician but appreciated that he reached out privately to explain what I would need done. Adam immediately offered to come over and look at what I would need done and provided a free estimate. His communication / response time was quick and professional. Throughout the estimate he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving the quote, he provided his card and without pressuring whatsoever said to call if I was interested. I reached out the same day to get scheduled. He was again quick to respond and booked me within the same week. He even reached out again to help move my installation to a Sunday morning due to the weather forecast. The installation went smoothly and quickly, and he was professional throughout the entire experience. We had some hiccups with the security system equipment (no fault of his own) and he was quick to assist as I spoke to the security system customer service. I would highly recommend Adam and 1 Solution AV and will absolutely use again for any additional services as we get settled into our new home.

I spoke with Patrick Cullis who assured me that they could resolve the problem and ensure I would get more reliable service with a new antennae. I was told a man would be available that Saturday and I contracted to pay over 400 dollars for the new antennae with installation. The person was on time and performed the service. I received fewer channels than I did before but was told that the reception for them would be reliable. The installer I discovered was a contractor unfamiliar with my area. I paid the bill with my bank card. Within 24 hours the exact same problem I had before the installation of Pixelation and the Lack of signal p reoccurred. I called Patrick and he was unable to set a date for a return visit to correct the problem. A week later due to air quality issues (Canada Wildfires), he was unable to get an installer to come and I was understanding and called back when the air quality was acceptable (one week later). At the time I did not know how to measure the signal quality and have since learned how and am including a picture showing the poor signal quality for a major network channel. It is now a month later and over a dozen phone calls and Patrick does not answer my calls. His mailbox is frequently full, and he has made no attempt to live up to the service level he committed to in the pre-sales conversation. I am now working with Angi and my Bank to get VIP Telecom to fix the problem. The service reliability is worse than it was and I am out over 400 dollars. As a disabled Senior Citizen, I am unable to climb up to the roof to fix it myself and I feel that VIP Telecom has taken advantage of me. I created and claim with Andgi and my bank and I told them that my intent is to get VIP to fix the problem and feel that I must now warn others not to trust this company. Be forewarned, the service level of VIP Telecom is great until you pay, then becomes a ghost when you have a problem. I would never use VIP or Angi again for any future needs.
