He knows his stuff- and he is supportive, challenging, and an amazing role model for balancing fitness of mind and body. If you care as much about the 'why' as you do the "what", Dan has so much to teach you without ever mansplaining. Nothing hidden at this gym- costs of different programs and training are all transparent (and very fair). It's a little badass to get to (behind an old church), but kinda feels like the kind of place Rocky would have taken Adrian to work out.

She starts off with a one-on-one meeting to go over what exactly you are looking to do fitness-wise (and as we are women, we probably all have the same goal - flat tummy, nice bum, tone arms and legs etc.) and then she gets you started. The classes are two times a week (Tuesday and Thursday) and you can choose either early morning or evening. She is also a specialist in postnatal fitness and does "mummy tummy repair" as she calls it. Right from the first class you can tell the workout is having an effect and despite how easy it seemed to be, the day after you feel the burn, which is exactly what I look for! Her prices are also way cheaper than most and she gives excellent value.
