If you rely on govt support, they will make your life a living nightmare. I don't know how they got on this list! I had a grinding issue in a rear wheel so bad my friends even mentioned it when we where out. I've sent it in for repairs twice and I'm beginning to wonder if it even gets taken out of the van. They keep telling me there's nothing wrong and treating me as if I'm an idiot. When I have to get a new one it won't be from them.

With that in the back of my mind I was nervous going to Nightingale to get a compression bra prior to surgery. Nervous enough as it was. What a pleasant surprise. Very professional, cheerful and delightful to deal with. From Cindy who took my call to Sylvia who did the fitting and gave me a big hug when I left. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Any surgery is enough to make a person jumpy but these people are amazing and very, very helpful.

Rented some crutches here ($45), filled in the forms, gave credit card, got crutches with big rental stickers on them, walked away... THEN I obviously wanted to return them. Now the rude women behind the counter says she has no record of me renting them. Uhh... The crutches say RENTAL in big obvious letters. You took money of my credit card. You never told me you needed me to bring the credit card receipt with me. You said I needed to bring my credit card with me............... But no. She kept insisting I purchased them and was not helpful in any way. She 'looked' through her rental records and said she didn't have anything that was in my name. Never, ever, ever go here. She had never failed failed me. She makes sure I get the time, attention and the best service with a very friendly, warm, inviting and welcoming, atmosphere where sometimes I just go in to say hello to her and not shop. She is that wonderful. She always has positive attitude, smile, always looking gorgeous and so beautiful. I love talking to her and getting to know about the products. She is very open and culturally diversed. She is not about selling. For Sylvia its all about finding the right products and make-up that works for my skin type, being able to afford it and loving the products. She is very soft spoken, caring sweet and genuinely cares for her customers. SYLVIA is the BEST. If someone else helps me during her absence I don't get the service. Sometimes I even walk out empty handed knowing if Slyvia was there I would have at least felt welcomed and cared for. I'm so grateful I found her. I just wish she was the manager of cosmetics department so that others could follow her as role model. Thanks Sylvia for always making me feel beautiful and helping me out.
