Very unprofessional, slow, terrible at communication, and gave me a lot of run-around. I purchased a Groupon deal from them & when I tried to contact them via their website twice I did not receive a response, so I finally called them. Set up a time & place to meet to get him my videos - I gave him way more than just the Groupon covered, so he was making some money off of me (well, my grandmother). He told me the dvds should be done by the end of June. Everything seemed okay at this point. Well, then I tried to contact him at the end of June to see how things were coming along. I don't think he had even started my videos, and he told me it would be a few more weeks. Then he informed me that the videos were going to take up more DVDs, so I asked him to please just do the number that added up to what I had already paid for & leave the rest unfinished. I finally got my videos back in September (yes, 3 months AFTER he told me I would get them). When I got the dvds from him he first tried to tell me that I owed him for the entire amount, to which I told him that I had an invoice with PAID written on it. He looked at me & said, in a really patronizing way, "are you sure?" to which I replied "yes, I am sure" - then he has an epiphany remembering that it had in fact happened. So then he tells me that I owed him for four extra discs. I originally thought that this was because he had not in fact stopped making the dvds like he had agreed when he reached my limit, but after I looked again at the discs later I discovered that no, the four discs that he said I owed him for were in fact the ones that the Groupon had covered, so he charged me for something I should not have been charged for. I also discovered while going through & watching all of the discs that three of the discs were incorrect - one didn't work at all, and two were copies of another disc instead of what they were labelled as (I had one set where I had two copies of Part 1, a copy of Part 3, and Part 2 was missing entirely). After trying to e-mail him multiple times about the problem & receiving no response (he was terrible at e-mail correspondence the entire process) I called his cell phone (they never answered their office phone when I called it). I explained to him that I was very frustrated & wanted my money refunded that he had overcharged me, plus the money back for the three discs he had done incorrectly. I didn't want him to try to re-do them because at this point I was very sick of dealing with him & wanted to end the relationship. He told me he would mail the check. After three weeks I called him again because I had not received it yet, to which he told me they had cash flow issues & he would mail it out that day. I called him again today (a week & a half later) & he told me again that they had more problems, but he would mail it today. Somehow I do not believe that he will, and I may never receive my money back, but for now I will be calling him weekly about it until I (hopefully) get it. read more
