At tonight's show, there were multiple people taking pictures with their flash on, having full-volume side conversations, and allowing their babies to cry without making any effort to address it. All of this made it difficult to focus on and enjoy the music. Even movie theaters remind audiences to be considerate of those around them, and I think a similar announcement would be a great addition here. A simple reminder to silence phones, avoid flash photography, keep conversations to a minimum, and step out with little ones who are having a hard time would help ensure everyone can enjoy the performance. The theater itself is beautiful, and I appreciate the staff, but the audience experience could be improved with this small addition.

May 3 - Sent email to confirm they received my package, and Robert said they did, and would get back to me on May 4. May 7 - Never heard back, so sent email to follow up. May 10 - Sent another email, since I got no response the first time. Robert tells me it's going to be a difficult repair, and will re-evaluate over the weekend (May 12-13). May 17 - Sent an email for a status update, as I had not heard back from Robert. He tells me it's too damaged to repair, and they will be issuing me a refund and shipping the tape back. May 26 - Sent an email to find out when I can expect the refund and the return of my tape. Be very careful. Customer service is paramount in any business, and I personally felt so unimportant to this company, it's very difficult to say anything positive about the experience. As of the writing of this review, I have not received my refund of $89.90, or received my tape back.

I emailed to find out when I could expect the cd's & got a response that I should receive the cd's by the end of the next week. Time passed, & did not get the cds. Emailed & called several times after that thru March with no response. Thouught our tape & money was gone for sure. Finally in April I initiated a credit card dispute & within 2-3 weeks I received the cds & original tape. You can see in the photo how the tape was returned, & it's hard for me to believe it wasn't intentional. Worse part was the lack of communication !

Five artists and titles have been identified in the project and additional art can be seen including Friendly Beasts' door which is painted, but not identified on the plaque mounted on the street side of the building. The first piece on the west side of the building is a brightly colored piece called "Unity is Community" by C D Culper. There are multiple human figures each only having one eye open. The faces also seem to have a second profile face obscuring half of the face directly looking at the viewer. The next piece is the "Entrance to Paradise" by Haider Ali. The small mural covers a doorway and has a beautiful mountain scenic painted. On the north end of the wall is the huge mural called "Wooden Wall of Life" by Adam Long. This piece stretches over several openings in the wall and is done in mostly blues and greens with images of twisted trees and roots that take on human form. Around to the north side of the building is another large mural with a rainbow of colors forming swirls for a background while additional objects seem to float in front. This is called "Sacred Journey" by Sacred Matthews. On the east side of the building by the parking lot is "Hive Mind" by Laura Brikmanis. It depicts a honeycomb with oversized bees crawling around. The art work is so precise that I am guessing she used a template/stencil to create the perfect geometry of the honeycomb grid and possibly on the bees too. It's a great collection of local talent and a way to check out multiple pieces all in one location. Note: To the north of the building is the Bluetip Billiards building that has a colorful mural of pool balls on the side and front.
