They actually ruined the…read moreentire bottom section of my brand new roof, made unnecessary chops and cuts to my eaves literally destroying parts of my home, didn't install downspouts over the existing drains where previous downspouts were, and the worst part (if it's even possible to be worse than all that), the gutters are wavy and DO NOT EVEN DRAIN! This was truly the worst, most unprofessional hack job I have EVER experienced. Despite many correspondence requesting to make it right, I was ignored and left with this nightmare. Neither Kyle nor Ken ever even bothered to come see what sort of job the two flunkies did which so poorly represents their business and reflects upon their reputation. I even could have such a better job myself with NO experience whatsoever. It felt as though this job was to be an example of everything NOT to do and how to do everything horribly and perfectly wrong. This business has absolutely NO integrity, accountability, takes no pride in their work and treats their customers like dirt with no respect whatsoever. I've learned that they did this same thing to one of my neighbors who also received NO resolution and had to hire another company to do their entire gutter job over also. Shameful. See photos.

Even though they may have been there, done that, and bought more than a few t-shirts over the years, people still returned. He said that while "magic" was the main draw, the secret is to attend to all the details, make sure everything works, is clean and able to do whatever it's supposed to do. The same goes for most successful businesses, do it right and take nothing for granted. In this case it's the gutters on your roof that keep rain from going places where it's not supposed to go. If your roof isn't keeping things dry and without a doubt on your part, save yourself a lot of trouble and have Superior install seamless gutters and guards. In 2013 I decided it was time for a new roof on my house. I also decided it was time to quit risking my life every year cleaning out my old gutters. I had installed some DIY gutter guards on the old roof, the kind that work for maybe a year, then collapse like mine did. The guy I chose to install the roof recommended Superior Seamless for the gutters, which is how I met Cory when he prepared an estimate. He suggested I also have them install real, effective gutter guards that are securely attached no matter how hard the wind blows. The price was not only reasonable, it was well worth every dollar. I haven't climbed up on my roof since then... that's 12 years without a single drip or leak. Then came this year's first rainstorm, when one of the downspouts overflowed. The gutters seemed fine, but I called Cory and Jacob anyway to see what to do. In this case there was nothing wrong with the gutters or the guards, so not a problem that called upon their lifetime warranty, but they agreed to check it out anyway. Now to be clear, Superior isn't in the business of cleaning gutters. But when Jacob dropped by to check all the downspouts, he was kind enough to clear out the minor mounts of debris that had collected around some of the downspout openings over the past decade+. That is really incredible service. OK, so the business may not be as fun as Disneyland but Superior Seamless Gutters has something in common with it, in the way it operates. It's the same kind of business, with attention to details that people will come back to again, as I will if I live long enough to need another new roof and gutters on my house. We received quotes ranging from $1,500 to $4,000 from other roofers and assumed we'd be paying out of pocket. Instead of trying to sell us a repair, Carol suggested we contact Velux directly, as she thought the skylight might still be under warranty. She was absolutely right. Velux confirmed that the skylight is covered and will inspect and repair it under warranty. Carol's honesty, knowledge, and willingness to point us in the right direction saved us thousands of dollars. The service itself was fine and the pricing was fair enough hence the 2 stars…read more However, as one other recent reviewer also flagged, the billing and invoice payment experience was so negative it motivated me to write this review. Our estimator gave me incorrect information in developing our contract, telling me our downspouts including the downspout attachments that went underground, would be fully cleaned out during our service. When they did not clean the downspout attachments, they told me they don't do underground attachments even though the estimator told me this was included in our pricing. I paid the majority of our bill, leaving about $230 balance while I disputed the unfinished work. Eight months ago, I sent an email that was never responded to and never heard from the company again. Then yesterday when their legal department called me out of the blue to threaten to send me to collections over the unpaid balance. I replied immediately to explain the situation and their response was to say if the balance wasn't paid by the end of the day it would be sent to collections. They alleged they had called and emailed about the outstanding invoice (they hadn't - I went through my emails, spam and my phone and found no evidence of any attempts on their end to contact me). I was shocked that they took such an aggressive, threatening approach to a customer who a) they dropped the ball with and b) who was actively in good faith trying to resolve the dispute immediately once they brought it to my attention. We had a misunderstanding about the scope of work - I would have appreciated some acknowledgement or apology on their end vs. them dropping the ball completely then coming back out of nowhere to threaten me with collections. Just not a good way to do business and I am left with a very sour taste from dealing with the legal threats.
