It has been over 12 months since they started on the remodel and almost 2 years since initial contact and they are still not done!!!! The completed work is no better than if we'd gone the DIY route. First we had to wait for 6 months, they claimed this was so that they could have all the materials "on-hand" but that was a lie. The cabinet doors for the Kitchen are still on backorder. We would go days and weeks without seeing anyone or they would come for an hour or two and then leave again, once a pause in the work was two weeks so he could take his wife on vacation. The work also stopped for over a week, because the plumber they used was sick and didn't even try to get another. They sent a plumber to finish the install on the garbage disposal, when we needed an electrician to hook up the power. We had them paint in the Living room, they painted over drywall anchors instead of filling the holes. Where the ceiling needed to be touched up, they put up some joint compound without making any effort to match the texture or its incomplete They reused some trim after putting down new flooring in the entryway, which would be fine if it was in any way attached to the wall or floor and not just sitting there. Also there is no trim at the top of the stairs from the entryway to the lower level, so the end of the carpet is sticking out. To cut corners, the flooring under the stove doesn't go all the way back to the wall. We took them up on some "temporary" cabinet doors, since they had been at it for 8-9 months at that point, and the doors that we had picked out were still on backorder. I had to rehang one that fell off, and another came off today. The cabinet above the refrigerator looks like it goes all the way back to the wall, but when you open it is only 6-8 inches deep. To this day there's a small corner we can't use because it has several buckets of paint and joint compound in it. I could go on, and on, but I think you get the point. The other two reviews are spot on. A simple project turned into a year and half venture with no end in sight. Our "simple" project was removal of some cabinet to replace with a full pantry, removing old countertops and an island and replacing with a new island and granite countertops, adding tile to the backsplash, and installing a pot-filler about a new stove. What started in April 2022 was still not completed in July of 2023! After the removal of the old island, we were left with a whole area with no flooring and an electrical cable sticking up through the floor. The cabinets that were ordered for the new island were constantly on "backorder" and maybe install "next week". When the cabinets were finally installed, they were not aligned right which left a gap that will be hard to fix. One cabinet was missing on another end of the island and never was placed. It was always "next week". Another electrical cable was sticking out in front of a cabinet that was meant to be behind the cabinet to connect to a dishwasher. The wall tile was put up, but not cut close enough to the existing cabinets, which left too large of gaps to caulk. These tiles will have to be removed, recut, and reinstalled by a new contractor. The area where a pantry was to be placed was left with a hole in the wall over 6 months and the cabinet to be used as a pantry was "always on order" and the contractor decided that he was just going to custom build one, which never happened. When the plumbing for the pot filler was installed, a wall was opened up and never completely fixed for several months. If you look at the company website, the pictures on the site do not represent any projects that they have completed. Cut corners everywhere they could. * Untrustworthy, lied and denied. * DO NOT HIRE THEM. The Details... BEWARE! There is NOTHING "pro" about this BUSINESS! Do Not let a pretty website, visionary promises, and a personalized app cloud your judgment They will take advantage of, drain you emotionally, and use their smooth talking to win your trust. We hired them in January of 2020, with the verbal promise they would begin our kitchen remodel in March. We were told this "SIMPLE" project would take two months. We planned our Summer Vacation and day to day life accordingly. March came and went. The project began May 4th. The guys came, taped and papered all windows, blocking all natural light. That is just how they worked, literally in the dark! They scraped popcorn ceiling, sprayed knock down and painted in the dark..the results speak for themselves. We pleaded with them to fix it! Days, weeks, and months went by while they gave us the run around. Patrick and Bryan finally brought an outside source in for advice not knowing how to fix the mess their guys created! Still not completed, they decided they were done and it's "good enough" One more thing on our list to complete. Oh, Bryan and Patrick are great when it comes to e-mailing and letting you know all the plans for the week, you soon discover these are all empty promises, they fail to arrive on scheduled days, it quickly turns into weeks. When they do show they have inadequate, unprofessional, inexperienced help, who are learning on the job and expect the homeowner to guide them through the job since there is never a foreman or any kind of supervision or accountability expected. They regularly showed up unprepared, causing them to spend more time in Home Depot than actually working on our house. Patrick and Bryan covered up the fact that their carpenters quit. Instead of communicating and picking up the slack, months later they had to hire carpenters from a third party. Our siding laid untouched on the deck for months while the window was partially installed. September came and they eventually hired an outside source to install the stair rail, window and door. They made quick, sloppy work of the stairs leaving holes unfilled and instead of sturdy iron rods, we received weak, flimsy bars. Extremely unsafe for a family, children and pets. "The Pros" decided the job was done, with no walk-through and amateur workmanship. Of course, they expected to be paid in full, charging top dollar with no remorse!
