I thought I would write a review because its a great Canadian company and I think what they are doing with regard to charities is commendable. Its a good company in both respects. Considering how much you are going to use it, you might as well get a good one, so I suggest going with Haven. I am glad I got mine.

Eight months…read morelater after not too happy with our purchase, we went into the store and spoke to the manager to express that the sofa cushions had lost any firmness and were needing to be replaced. we can literally feel the springs bellow the foam cushions. The sofa gets used on average two hours a day and its just the two of using it and we're not heavy individuals. The store manager said that we had to contact customer service .We sent an email and received a response two days later saying that it's a wear and tear issue and they couldn't do anything for us. it's not even a year old yet. Are you kidding me? Store staff in Kelowna is nice enough but I'd steer clear of ever purchasing again from them. Premium price for unsatisfactory quality.

I contacted them, they came back, ducted taped the underlay and reinstalled a 'better' carpet which is likely the crap they couldn't sell and added waves, lines, duct tape humps, cuts in the corner that were too long and a fat big dark stripe down the middle of my room. I paid thousands for this junk. Aside from the creepy men who came in to my home hitting on me making rude comments. I have contacted them, with no solution for months and their customers solutions threatens me schedules to destroy my home and rip out the carpet without any talking. It was exceptional everytime we walked in that door and we were in gardening, plumbing, tiles, lumber.... dealt with many different departments and all the staff was outstanding. A really exceptional Home Depot. Cudos to the staff.

My wife and I purchased an intelliBED 3 years ago and it absolutely gives us the best sleep we have…read moreever had! We often wake up in the same position we went to sleep in and we can even get up in the middle of the night without waking the other one up! We have never owned a mattress (prior to this one) that has done everything this one does. The support the 'gel-top' provides has meant no more back pain for my wife; and while I can't explain it, my acid-reflux isn't a problem anymore (I used to have to tilt the head of our bed up with bricks to prevent it...prior to this mattress)! We'd searched for a long time and researched all the products on the market before choosing this particular product. We didn't realize that until this product came along, there were no advancements in mattress technology in decades! In our experience, the pillow-tops, though great for the first few months, did not provide the same support long-term. We found the 'memory-foam' mattresses much too warm and difficult to roll over in. We could also never justify spending the money on the 'sleep number' beds as we've always felt they are just an over-priced air mattress. Pricing is similar to a top-of-the-line pillow-top and our mattress shows no signs of wear or performance degradation. We used to have to replace our mattress every 3-4 years (which can add up). Steve and Chantelle are incredibly knowledgeable and informative. They have been absolutely amazing people and stand behind their product 100%. I can't wait until we have the money to pick up one of their Dimension One Spas! Do yourself a favour and drop in to find out more about this amazing product..you'll be happy you did. Based on our research, there's nothing else like it on the market today. Sweet dreams! Thank you Steve & Chantelle!
