On the day of appointment I got my gutters cleaned which they did a good job. However they didn't bring water to the site to clean the pavers so the postponed it for another day. When it came time for the pavers to be cleaned a crew came out but again didn't bring water even though the salesperson and I both agreed to get the job done right water would have to be brought out as my well doesn't have enough water returning to keep up with the spraying needed to clean my large parking area. They used my well but soon ran out of water so leaving the job having only cleaned a 1/4 of the pavers they said another crew would be out soon. Few more days passed by and another crew brought out some more water and finished the cleaning job. I was promised another crew would be out to start the sanding & sealing process in a few days. . Due to repeated rain days the sealing job was delayed over a month and the paving/parking area continued to be roped off and unable to be used. During the whole process I was a little frustrated due to lack of response from the office people as I left voicemails and texts only to be responded and rescheduled. Ultimately they did a great job and iIm very satisfied with the end result. The crews that came out were excellent and very well mannered and polite. I will hire them again in the future.

Capital City recently pressure-washed our home, deck, and patio, and provided sanding and sealing…read moreservices, as well as painting and refreshing our shutters. The salesperson was extremely personable, which was the main reason I decided to hire them. The painting, in particular, turned out beautifully! However, a series of issues with the rest of the project led to six necessary visits. The first issue was that they showed up in my backyard without introducing themselves or notifying me that they had arrived to complete the work. Overall, there is a lack of integrity in their approach, prioritizing a quick finish over the quality of the job. The project became a prolonged and stressful ordeal, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and difficulty, and disrespect, which negatively impacted the overall quality and timeline of the project. Loosened sand and debris from the patio are expected; however, an excessive amount of sand left covering a large portion of the newly cleaned home, an overly large amount of sand in the pool and its surrounding areas each time, left me with several hours of cleaning, which was unexpected and demonstrated subpar service, and a lack of professionalism. It negated the purpose of hiring a professional. The amount paid did not align with the level of professionalism and quality we expected and received, serving as a cautionary tale for potential customers. I could not confidently recommend this company for anything but painting.

There's no option to give a zero stars or I would. I really I am pretty baffled at this whole…read morescenario. I hired Tom to do my lawn care in June 2019. I paid him faithfully every two weeks up until October 2020 to mow my grass in the spring and summer and to blow my leaves in the fall. (He even mowed for free for two weeks in April of last year during Covid because I am an emergency medicine PA/essential first line worker. That actually touched my heart and I even bragged about him doing such a kind thing.) Suddenly in October he ceased coming. I text messaged him multiple times and called to get no answer. I even messaged him through Venmo. I was actually worried that something may have happened to him or he could've gotten Covid and that could have been the reason he just never came back and never returned my calls. He to this day has not called or messaged me back. His business Instagram shows that he's posted recently so I decided to try messaging him that way. The uploaded screenshots show that he read my message but clearly was unprofessional and did not bother to respond. This is not the way to do business. I will surely make sure that I let anyone that may be interested in using him know about this. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

I sent over photos of where I was at in clearing the yard myself and I was given a quote from them with the start date of the coming up Tuesday. I told them I was planning to do more work the next day (Sunday) and asked if I could send updated photos for a new quote after I finished for the day, since they weren't starting until Tuesday, and I was told yes. I was also told they would come to my house and look at the job on that coming up Monday, the day before the job was to take place. I message that Monday evening to see if this took place and I was given a new quote in which I agreed to, with the job still being Tuesday. Come Tuesday, they showed up and said they could not complete the job as it was too large and would take too long. This company clearly does hold their word and it turns out that no one actually came out to my house on that Monday before I was given the new quote, they just based it on my second set of photos I sent. This is 100% their error and they should still have follow through on our agreement but they won't.
