Peggy could not have been more perfect & comforting as a caregiver & true friend to all of us as our daily daytime caregiver. Denny had utmost trust & joy at seeing Peggy daily, whether it was helping w/ Activities of daily living or just sharing joyful banter. Kaylie brought joy & comfort to Denny, bringing her guitar & allowing him to sing & feel a part of himself he had lost a long time ago. Cody provided a man to converse with about old times & life memories. Sandy, brought the HUGEST heart & comfort in a vulnerable time (Night shift) & could be trusted to care for his safety & ultimately hold him in her arms & protect him from falling in his last breaths. She provided protection for my Mom's heart in the most difficult hours & gave all that she had to ensure Denny had any comfort he needed that she could provide. Working with Youthful has been a terrible experience! We were referred to here for my son when he…read morewas 8 months old for a delay in crawling. Things started okay. The PT, Ellie was nice, but not very helpful in suggestions, and not that hands on and if he was fussy at all would usually cut our sessions short. Once he was crawling she moved us to once a month. From there we did not hear from her for three months, while he was trying to walk. I kept texting and calling, asking about appointments and sending videos of his walking, which seemed off. Eventually we heard back and she referred us to get orthotic braces. (Something we could have done months ago). Then she left. We got a new PT, Aliece who was nice, much more hands on, and more helpful with exercise suggestions. A little ways into it, we were put on a once a month schedule and it would take up to 3 weeks to hear from her for an appt. Again, we were left for 3 months with no appointment, at which point, they wanted to discharge him, which after speaking with the owner, he said was an error on his part for lack of communication. I reiterated all of these problems that we've had and that communication seems to be lacking everywhere there. Here we are, a month after leaving their service and I just got a text from Aliece about scheduling William for an appointment, this is 3 months from his previous appt, a month after speaking with the owner and the PT had no idea that we weren't going to Youthful anymore. This was after speaking with the owner! Horrendous communication and scheduling! There needs to be guidelines. We've been with them for over a year, my son just turned 2. We also had a speech eval done after we, his dr, and teacher, all shared concerns about his speech and the therapist asked some questions and then wrote us off and said we'd check back when he was 3. She didn't even observe his speech. The priorities of this company and therapists are clearly not aligned with providing crucial therapy to young children so that they may move and talk through this world and to support families with children that require extra support. If you care about your child do not waste precious moments with a company that can't even communicate with each other let alone the parents.

Dismissed me from multicare pcp in an attempt of retaliation of my formal complaint. Tried to used…read morethe 5 missed appointments on my record as cause for dismissal. Note that 3 of these missed appts were errors as I was present for the appointments and have after visit summaries for the errored missed appointments. Also note that I have only missed 2 appointments in the last 3 years, both of which I was minutes late for and rescheduled at their office. Currently my 4 upcoming appointments, 3 being for my ruptured L5-S1 disc rupture. 1 being a new pcp consult I've been waiting 3 months for have now all been canceled and referrals pulled because this "man" is incapable of showing compassion and care for his patients and instead would rather retaliate in disgusting spite once a patient advocates for themselves. I had a referral to neurosurgery less than a month ago. Now every single referral for my SPINE has been canceled. Horrible human and PA-C in my experience. No one deserves to be treated with minimal care, and then abandoned once a complaint has been made.

Horizon Hospice gave excellent and compassionate care to my aunt during her time on hospice. Her…read moreprimary RN followed her when we moved her out of her home to adult family care even though it was technically not in their area. All the nurses and social workers were so caring and supportive, very responsive to any change in her condition. Their amazing volunteers came and visited with her when family was unable to. I cannot say enough about the care she received. They were there for both my aunt and the family throughout her final journey.
