She assured me that Hospice of Spokane was available 24/7 for any questions or assistance I might need. The medical equipment supplier was prompt and efficient, ensuring my father had everything he needed to be comfortable at home. It was a blessing to see how quickly and smoothly everything came together. This support helped me prepare for what I knew was inevitable. The nursing staff, Crickett and Mary, were invaluable. Their care, compassion, and thorough explanations on how to manage my father's needs exceeded my expectations. I never had to worry about reaching out for help--everything I needed was delivered immediately, and the support was truly outstanding, as well as many others I never met behind the scenes. When my father passed, Hospice of Spokane handled the arrangements with the funeral home, easing the burden during this difficult time. Their care made an incredibly tough moment just a little easier to bear.

The good feelings went away immediately. My family member was not able to receive the pain meds that were prescribed and experienced horrible pain. Gentiva blamed the local pharmacy and my family member only received meds after several calls to the nurse line, director, and sales person. The weekend "nurse" was obnoxious, extremely unpleasant and had the audacity to show attitude when questions were asked. She fell right in line with blame everyone but Gentiva. Finally, the supplies my family member needed were ordered via mail order, and were received 7 days after they were ordered and a day after he passed away. Overall, this entity does not provide compassionate end of life care. Instead, they provide cruelty care. Save your self from feeling guilty about the choice you made and heartache. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

All of the caregivers have been well trained, kind and caring persons, and very pleasant in all interactions with Mom. The caregivers are wonderful with our large multi-generation extended family that visits often. The caregivers show up on time and blend right in to the routines of Mom and the household. The front office staff reachout and communicate with us on any issues, concerns or changes in timely manners. Our family feels blessed to have home caregivers from Love in Home Senior Care. Darwin

I was told either Andy or another person would come to the house to evaluate our needs and dad's needs. They never showed for the appointment, never called to cancel the appointment, and never replied to the voice-mail I left after them being 20 minutes late for the appointment. No shows and no apologies. Not very caring. Sadly we are very disappointed in this company.

THE SCHNEIDMILLER HOUSE (North Idaho Hospice) because after being transferred there from the hospital in ICU, they said they would observe him for 5-7 days. IF he qualified, then he could stay. IF he did not, then I would be charged $250/per day but they also assured me they had a sliding scale according to your income. After the observation period they told me there really wasn't much else they could do for him as he was not in any pain. Isn't that the whole concept of Hospice care?? I had to have him transferred as soon as possible or they would start charging me. I found AUBURN CREST HOSPICE and brought my husband home with their loving and caring guidance through a very difficult time. My husband passed away a week later and I could not have asked for better nurses/CNA's and the other staff who deeply cared for me and my husband during AND after his passing. They are wonderful and I felt blessed to have found them. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I highly recommend AUBURN CREST HOSPICE.

They took Amazing care of her 24/7. They made her very comfortable, clean, well cared for with acts of kindness, no more love till the end. North Idaho Hospice is very clean, modern with rooms made for the family long stays. The staff is wonderful, Kind, loving, helpful in every step of the way. I spent 7 days here only leaving for a hour a day and felt at home here. My loose is very hard to deal with but thank to North Idaho Hospice they made it a lot better to get through it. I admit we were jaded thinking terrible things about our dad and what was happening to him. At every turn we are impressed with this rehab. I would name drop the superior people working here but just look at the whole staff roster. Everybody here shows friendly compassion and skill in treating patients kindly and respectful. I hope my children choose this place for me should I ever end up in this situation.

Peggy could not have been more perfect & comforting as a caregiver & true friend to all of us as our daily daytime caregiver. Denny had utmost trust & joy at seeing Peggy daily, whether it was helping w/ Activities of daily living or just sharing joyful banter. Kaylie brought joy & comfort to Denny, bringing her guitar & allowing him to sing & feel a part of himself he had lost a long time ago. Cody provided a man to converse with about old times & life memories. Sandy, brought the HUGEST heart & comfort in a vulnerable time (Night shift) & could be trusted to care for his safety & ultimately hold him in her arms & protect him from falling in his last breaths. She provided protection for my Mom's heart in the most difficult hours & gave all that she had to ensure Denny had any comfort he needed that she could provide.
