If you are a millionaire +, and can offer a full month at a time this is the best service I've found thus far. What I did enjoy is they respected me, respected my belongings. What I didn't like is language barrier issues, simple tasks turn in to multi hour conundrums. And the constant need to tell their schooling and training. The desire to do things only one way. But at the end my husband wanted to die at home and Old Colony Hospice made that possible. For over 2 weeks the nurses and aides would come on a daily basis. And all looked after my husband with such care and understanding. They were sensitive to our wishes even if they seemed counter intuitive and they were at the end of a phone at 3:0am or in person at midnight if we needed them. And in the final hours, which even if they had experienced many times, they treated us like family and had words of comfort that made a huge difference. I couldn't recommend them more.
