The worst business ever and bad karma will get them for messing up peoples teeth and charging them repeatedly to make things worse! This business NEEDS to be shut down and closed immediately!! I have a cane and wheelchair and am often too sick to be in public. I was turned down and aggressively told I was inconveniencing their office and making an unreasonable request. The abrasiveness, aggression, and lack of care I received from the receptionist were particularly striking. My dental hygienist, Wendy, has put in extra effort to correct the situation. Her friendly and professional job performance is just one more example why I have continued to travel to north Nashville over the years for all my dentistry.
