My grandmother was referred for wound care, and although they came for two consecutive days, they have not returned since going into on two weeks, due to scheduling. When contacting them, the scheduler claims that no one answers the phone or that appointments were missed, but that is simply not true. My family and I are extremely diligent about my grandmother's care and answer every call, including spam, just to ensure nothing is overlooked. They may want to reconsider their role, as customer service does not appear to be her strength. If you are seeking reliable wound care, I would not recommend this company. Inconsistent scheduling can lead to delayed healing or even further complications, and no family should have to deal with that on top of an already stressful situation.

When my dad's health began to decline and we were told it was time for hospice, my family was heartbroken and scared. We didn't know what to expect, and we wanted to make sure he would be surrounded by love, comfort, and dignity. From the very first moment Healing Care Hospice stepped in, we felt an enormous sense of peace. The nurses who cared for my dad were absolute angels. They treated him like he was their own family -- always gentle, patient, and respectful. They explained everything to us with compassion and honesty, making sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. It never felt rushed or routine; it felt deeply personal. Even during the hardest moments, their calm presence and kindness made such a difference. The aides and caregivers were just as amazing. They made sure my dad was clean, comfortable, and pain-free. Over the years the house took such good care of them. There were always presents at birthdays and Christmas. Sadly Stan died about seven years ago, Lynn was so dignified and loving at his passing. On not even special occasions, Arline was treated to the food she loved- Mexican food, cheeseburgers and french fries. The house has always gone above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and happy. The care has been wonderful and I know Arline felt safe there. With Covid 19, I had not been able to visit with Arline of late. Lynn with her inner sense sent for me a couple of days before Arline died so we could have our last visits. I feel Arline was very fortunate to have spent her last thirteen years at this home.
