Clearly the owner, Andy Cummings carefully selects the sub-contractors he works with as after ten years the craftsmanship shows. Unfortunately in 2017 we learned of a problem with the community septic system in the subdivision. The issue was created by the subdivision developer and not by Andy or Med City Builders. Andy worked with us to correct the problem even though he didn't have to. It became apparent his reputation is important to him and he wants his customers to be happy before and after the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Med City Builders to construct or remodel your dream home in southeastern Minnesota!

They had everything done on time and on budget. There was a misunderstanding about the drawer front style and even though it was my mistake in proofing the order form, Doug's team replaced them. As far as the design aspect, I brought in several photos of cabinets and a hood design (a hood from a multi-million dollar home, no less) that I liked and the guys had such an impressive can-do attitude. Highly Recommend - Outstanding Work on a Challenging 1906 Duplex!…read more The Larson Siding and Window team recently replaced all the windows, storm doors, and entry doors on my 3-story duplex in Rochester, MN. Built in 1906, most of the original windows were over 100 years old--well past due for an upgrade. What could have been a stressful and complicated project turned out to be a smooth and even enjoyable experience, thanks to Tim, Bob, Ryan, and the rest of the crew. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job on time, and consistently met (or exceeded) my very high quality expectations. This wasn't an easy job, but they handled it with skill, professionalism, and great attitudes. On top of that, their pricing was competitive--and in my case, they delivered significantly more value than other bids I received. My father was so impressed with their work, he asked for a quote for his own project! I'm incredibly grateful to the Larson team and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
