One to install a 75" TV on a mount and hiding the wires behind the wall and to mount my 2 Sonos speakers in corners of our house. He came back a few days later to install a Sonos sound bar. Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. Day before, Best Buy geek squad was supposed to be at my home, Best Buy cancelled install and told me to call to reschedule. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED, WITH BEST BUY INSTALLATION. I contacted Knight Enterprises on a Saturday via Yelp, along with two other local installers for a quote. I was looking for installation ASAP, as I took time off from work, and Best Buy installation canceled the day before. One guy called me back and acted like I was bothering him on a Saturday. Another quote was never responded to. Guess what? Knight Enterprises contacted me right away. I told them I knew it was short notice, but I needed installation ASAP. Knight Enterprises told me they would check to see if they could, called me back and scheduled a next-day install. It gets better! Knight's installer called before arriving, arrived on time as discussed, was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The install was quick and spot-on perfect. The installer then quickly cleaned up and showed me TV-mounting adjustments before leaving. And, this happened in Florida, a place where service quality and reliability are generally myths when it comes to home services.
