If it was possible to have "no stars" I would. This company should be called...Executive "Do Not…read moreCare" of Freehold. The management is horrible. Uncaring about their clients (patients) is an understatement. Even treat their aides poorly. We did have one exceptional aide (although she is leaving the aide business). We had some OK aides (more like babysitters), and we had one aide that lost her license (I will spare the horrible details - Involved abuse). I referred to our main contact at Executive the "Anti-Customer Service" person. Acted like I was annoying her when I called with a question or problem to report. NO COMPASSION. Terrible company. Stay away.

From the minute I walked in, I felt like part of their family. Lori and Carol in reception are wonderful. They greet you by name, make sure you always have appts booked and take care of all your insurance needs. The PT area is very comfortable and clean, beds are sprayed and wiped down and pillow cases changed after every patient. I'd heard that Full Knee Replacement therapy can be grueling, but Laura Squicciarini and her trained PT staff made me feel quite at ease under their care and direction. Their support, encouragement and enthusiasm towards my progress and recovery helped me through some really tough times. I would highly recommend this winning team to anyone in need of Physical Therapy. They are well trained and Consummate Professionals!

That is not acceptable. I was a wife, not a trained caregiver, and my husband suffered as a result. In addition, while a few were very caring and kind, some of the caregivers were decidedly quirky and a couple of them brought their Bibles. I'm a Christian, but I respect all spiritual paths and felt that was inappropriate. One shooed my cat away (Shoo! Shoo!)when my the cat was a major comfort to my husband. Another dislodged a kidney tube that resulted in an ambulance trip to the hospital. I would never use them again,
